I've been holding off building my 5th mono-color deck for a while now, simply because blue is just too ridiculous. I finally decided upon a casual Arcanis the Omnipotent deck that mostly durdles it's way through games with a tool box of control spells. I'm going for a specific flavor, trying to stick with goofy old sorcerers that fit my idea of the fantasy wizard archetype. Just dudes in wizard robes slinging spells here and there.
There's no real win con, probably try to get commander damage through bit by bit. Mostly I'm just going for throwing spells left and right disrupting the game, maybe kinda annoying, but I enjoy searching through a toolbox of spells, turning creatures into frogs and monkeys; pinging away with prodigal sorcerers, putting mind over matter.
Anyone have any ideas of goofy spell interactions I can achieve in blue? Like any other old goofy wizards I may have overlooked, or any specific spells that could up the anti? I worry that this deck can lose steam and get stuck just controlling the board.

One combo I did include is Arcanis the Omnipotent + Library of Leng + Mind Over Matter, since it helps me achieve my own brand of omnipotence.
I of course have a 7th Edition (sadly not foil) Evacuation, I think it's flavor text captures the Vorthos vibe I'm going for:
