With all the time I've spent playing EDH/Commander, this deck has been around the longest. It's my favorite to play. It started out as a GW Tolsimir Wolfblood deck when I was just learning the format, then added blue and Jenara became the general. She's fair, she's fun, and she stays low on the radar in a multiplayer game until she's ready to take over the board.
Some notes: Lightmine Field is in here specifically to interact with Vigor. It's worked a few times and when it does, victory is hilarious and it makes the surprise worth it.
I'm thinking there's a couple cards that could probably be replaced at this point but I do want to keep the power level around here. This isn't a competitive meta - there's only one guy who runs a deck I'd consider antisocial and he doesn't always bring it anyway. I really need an inspiring call and I keep forgetting to order it.

First of all, as a long time Jenara player I feel like Jenara really does not require much of any assistance to get big. Her own ability to put counters on adds up quick quickly and investing more cards into making her work usually does not make the deck better. That being said, knowing this it can still be fun to force it. I myself had an Anafenza, the Foremost counters build so I will try to comment on such a build based on that. It is still my opinion though that Jenara does not require such assistance to be effective.
Scavenging Ooze graveyard hate and it ties in to being +/+ counter based.
Fertilid potentially he can give you a lot of lands into play. Albeit sort of slowly but with +/+ support it can be some continued land ramp.
Archangel of Thune a really nice anthem effect for your creatures. Really I think it fits better than Angel of Jubilation although it doesnt have the same utility. It works really well in combination with Scavenging Ooze too.
I rarely actually try to win with Jenara - sometimes that just seems too easy, and she actually gets taken out pretty quickly if she gets above 5 counters or so.
I guess I should have prefaced a little that I don't really want to go infinite. Scavenging Ooze, however, would be a great on-theme form of GY hate since someone just built a Sidisi deck that tends to go off with just a tad too much consistency ;). I've seen Spike Weaver in action in the hands of a Ghave player and it's really strong; might have to find some space for it. Also, Kalonian Hydra... whew. That's nice.

Fertilid potentially he can give you a lot of lands into play. Albeit sort of slowly but with +/+ support it can be some continued land ramp.
Lifeblood Hydra big life gain and draw option.
Abzan Battle Priest pass out some mass lifegain.
Mindless Automaton he can draw some cards if you can stack the counters on.
Spike Weaver fogs for days.
Archangel of Thune a really nice anthem effect for your creatures. Really I think it fits better than Angel of Jubilation although it doesnt have the same utility. It works really well in combination with Scavenging Ooze too.
Kalonian Hydra stack up those counters.
Triskelion infinite combo if you can pair him with Vigor + Doubling Season / Hardened Scales. He pokes himself by removing a counter and puts 2 counters on.
Woodfall Primus you can loop him if you add +/+ counters somehow.
Death's Presence stack those counters on.
Primeval Bounty mmmm counters and life.
My old Anafenza counter deck if you are interested. My old Jenara deck if you are interested.
