This is my tier 2 deck! It can be just as powerful and consistent as Narset, though maybe not as quickly and it is a lot more fragile. However, if Yisan can stay on the board for a round or two he can completely dominate the game. His slew of just good green creatures/ramp also means the deck can easily just overpower opponents who are determined to keep Yisan off the board.
Have you thought of adding something like Contagion Clasp, or just a bit of a proliferate mechanic in general? I guess there's not much available, but it's could be a good way to speed up Yisan.
I think you may be seriously undervaluing Illusionist's Bracers. Getting double activation every turn is insane. Especially if you're using this in combination with like Thousand-Year Elixir.
I'd also probably play more ways to untap him. Ramp up to a ton of mana, and then activate him like five times in a turn. Seems insane.
I love that someone else is trying out Yisan. I built a fun casual commander deck with him back when M15 first came out. My idea was to spam ETB abilities of my creatures until I could ramp into Primal Surge and swing with the entire deck (Concordant Crossroads giving everything haste). That's right, I had no instants or sorceries other than primal surge, but aside from Yisan I used Birthing Pod, Survival of the Fittest to help find my creatures and cards like Vedalken Orrery to help cast them, I also had a good mix of ETB abilities and sacrifice abilities so torpor orb could't shut me down entirely. I used Sensei's Divining Top, Planar Portal and Ring of Three Wishes to help dig/tutor for my non-creature pieces.
For your deck I think you should add Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx as there is very little downside in doing so when playing a mono-color commander deck and the ramp can be a great help if you're running permanents you can sink mana into.
Another card to consider, depending on your local meta is City of Solitude as it makes it much easier in getting things to stick when playing against control, but be careful as it also can be a double edged sword as it prevents you from activating Yisan on your opponents turns. Finally, Polukranos, World Eater is also worth looking at, considering how green's creature removal is almost non-existant.

Now you've got me wanting to revisit the deck.
