Hi, recently I played a Teferi, Temporal Archmage planeswalker deck, but it just didn't really feel like a planeswalker deck because I was limited to only one color.
Now I've started builing a 5-color deck with Sliver Hivelord as commander, but I find it quite difficult to filter through all the planeswalkers because there are a lot that I think are useable.
I prefer Sliver Hivelord above Reaper King because I like having a indestructible creature able to stop possible threats to my planeswalkers. Also, I haven't tried this deck yet, but will certainly do this in the next few days.
I'd highly recommend Sliver Queen over Hivelord as he can make a lot of chump blockers for you. As well as act as a mana sink when you can't or don't want to do anything else. How competitive is your meta? There are a number of things I'd change to start...
Some of your enchantments are very cool and powerful but I've learned from experience that spells like Inexorable Tide and Maelstrom Nexus rarely work. They are quite a bit of mana and are usually dead by the next turn. Same thing goes with Contagion Engine. Its super cute and trust me I wish it would work... but it rarely will. Its a ridiculous amount of mana and the Chain Veil's much better at doing that sort of thing. You need to switch out some of the larger flashy enchantments and artifacts that seem powerful (but really wont work most of the time) and exchange them for some very efficient things like Ensnaring Bridge or Rhystic Study.
When it comes to planeswalkers, I would cut Ajani Vengeant, Vraska, Venser, Sorin Solemn Visitor and Memory adept to start. Ajani Vengeant while again is very appealing, its often a dead draw in superfriends unless your running a large token theme which would also be the only reason to run Sorin Solemn Visitor. Vraska's - ability is great but thats about it. After her good ability goes off she's basically just dead anyways. Nothing else about her is really that spectacular and while her ultimate is cool, it will once again rarely work. Venser is good at flashing low loyalty planeswalkers in and out to refresh they're loyalty but there are better choices when it comes to any type of card rather then running him I find.
I've tried Proliferate effects as well and while contagion Clasp isnt the worst card, its a very hard strategy to pull off. Then again this all depends on your meta and how effective everyone is of getting rid of planeswalkers as soon as they hit the board. When it comes to multiplayer, superfriends can be very good and effective but you kind of have to come out of no where to win since dropping any planeswalker is going to make you the target and when that happens you are going to have a really hard time building up any sort of board presence.
I think your deck is really cool, but I'm confused about some of your card choices. Paliano, the High City's inclusion is weird to me. Unless you are using house rules, I think you should take it out. I think you should take it out.
Are you going for a token subtheme? I've noticed you have hivestone in the deck, but no creatures and a couple planswalkers that create tokens.
I do agree with some points that Glokiss made, and I have some more to add to it.
Playing a creature less deck is pretty ballsy lol I would AT LEAST add in some huge big creatures to help with the whole... WINNING thing lol
You're also running 5 colors and I see 3 tutors at instant/sorcery speed... that can be replaced with MUCH better alternatives.
If budget isn't an issue:
If you're running 5 color walkers, there has to be a gameplan, and a plan on how you are going to WIN. Usually if players play a ton of walkers it's a 5 color control deck. Utilizing a TON of removal and tutors to win in a specific way. Food for thought... about adding in Some gods which can sometimes be creatures as well....
I hope I helped. You gotta cut back on the proliferate stuff, and the weird overly costed enchantments/artifacts and put in some spot removal for permanents, like Vindicate, Beast Within, Oblation, Chaos Warp.
I hope you dont have a budget, because if you want to do 5 color right, It wont be easy and It wont be cheap. But its a TON of fun My buddy had a 5 colored Child of Alara deck built, and that thing had like 18 win cons and a TON of board wipes, It was amazingly fun and at times I hated it with every essence of my being lol
If you don't have access to Sliver Queen to be your commander, you might consider Horde of Notions over Sliver Hivelord. If you do, you could include Maelstrom Wanderer to abuse cascade in the graveyard for lots of free planeswalkers.

Thx for the advice, my playgroup isn't extremely competitive and we all hate agrodecks so I usually don't see opponents with 5 or more creatures in play. This is why I don't run creatures, but yeah, adding a few creatures and removing some of the flashy big enchantments will be my next move. The reason for the proliferate cards in my deck is that I run proliferate in my Teferi deck and I was able to let my Inexorable tidecontagion engine live quite long.
Maelstrom wanderer is a fun card (had him as commander for a while)so might add him, Sensei's Top and Liliana of the veil are both banned in my playgroup, so won't be able to play them.
The tutors, gods and spot removal are probably a good idea too, what do you guys think of the amount of boardwhipes? Do I have to cut a few?
