Daretti, Scrap Savant is an interesting guy. What's cooler than sneaking in huge artifacts and impacting the game like that?
Well how about denying your opponents lands, creatures, spells, or just playing in general?
"HOW CAN MONO RED DO THAT?!" You say, well we have Daretti, an engine for massive hate and lots of opportunity for abuse
Goal of the deck is to get Daretti out on turn 1 or 2 with out combination of lands that tap for two, low cmc rocks, and rituals. Activate him bin some stax effect cards like Ward of bones, Possessed portal, Nullstone Gargoyle. Afterwards you can use him to toss artifacts to get ramp so you can cast things like Devastation, Wildfire, Destructive force to wipe lands and creatures from the game. You have your daretti that is quickly gaining you more momentum.

Hey guys so I've actually moved on from commander on to 60 card decks so I don't have any commander decks.
Anyway I've started my own gameplay channel in which I play games (Magic also)
Got a few games where turn 1-2 Daretti followed by Ward of bones + land wipes
Also had a few games where I Mindslaver locked out three different people.
This deck is real fun

I play a very similar build. Ramping to turn 1 or 2 Daretti is not too uncommon and I've found the best strategy for the commander is mass land destruction, then finishing with a lock card such as Ward of Bones or beating down with cheated fatties.
I've tested the rituals, Skirk Prospector, Jeweled Amulet, and Mox Diamond. I didn't care for these, but Mox Diamond was probably the "best" out of them. I found that even though Daretti has the ability to dump them when not needed, they're still relatively dead top decks during the mid to late stages of the game. I also didn't care for the tax effects of Thorn or Sphere since they were low impact any time a player had enough mana or already had problematic cards in play.
I find the rituals pretty good since I want to always get daretti out turn 1 or 2.
Sure they're useless afterwards but any way to help get him on board that nets mana (Not Skirk Prospector and maybe even going to cut Jeweled amulet)
If you're not using them how can you get him out turn 1-2?
Also I'm probably cutting thorn and sphere soon since a good player will just kill/bounce Daretti in response if I haven't nuked the lands by then.
I really like Trinisphere and Tangle wire still since they don't really hurt me regardless.
What else would you recommend trying out?

I definitely like Tangle Wire and I may out Trinisoherw back in. I tested it, but I didn't find it to be as good as I had hoped.
How is Possessed Portal working out? I play it in Azusa since I have Avenger, Hornet Queen, and a few other token generators. I could never get it to work in my favor in Daretti. Same with Nullstone Gargoyle. I liked it after mass land destruction, but any other time is was just okay.
I'm not sure what to suggest. I play more creatures in my build, but that's because I didn't care for the tax effects and wanted additional ways to win aside from Mindslaver.
Well I'm wanting to throw in WurmCoil Engine and Myr Battlesphere which also work well with Possessed portal.
With portal and Gargoyle I found that after a wipe they made it far more easier to tick Daretti up to ultimate without anything to get in my way most of the time.
I think they need more testing as they've been just ok sometimes but othertimes they end the game

Man, I'm starting to think my desire to play against you may be misplaced. With the sound of some of these games I can't imagine finding a response. Another great deck I wanna look into.
Finding a response to Daretti the turn he comes in (rare) or just not caring about land drops at all is tough to beat.
An early Gaddock teeg suuuuuucks.
Having turn one Ward of bones is awfully nice though.

Love the deck! (I also posted this to the edh sub) In the Salv primer someone brought up [[portcullis]] and using manlands/[[Guardian Idol]] and the like to lock players out of playing creatures.
I think Ward of bones is better than either of those since it locks out lands as well as artifacts and creatures.
Being able to deny land drops really helps.
Also I wouldn't put in All is dust or Burning of xinye in here. Dust kills Daretti and we really don't want that when we nuke lands so often and burning only targets another player.

I've been testing it out on tappedout, and it's really solid man. Props. I usually hit Daretti turns 2-3. At worst 4. A few times I had hand like Mountain Mountain Mox Diamond Mana Vault hand haha. However if I built this, I'll probably not use Mana crypt, simply due to the price. Fellwar Stone will take its place. It's hardly a replacement, but I dont feel awesome about handing over $140 for a card.
of your maybe list, just from goldfishing, (not actual games to really say...), i really like

Trash for treasure
Fellwar stone

You might consider swapping mountains for snow mountains and scrying sheets.
There's a couple more fetches you could put in there, but yeah they're pricey. And I understand about workshop.
Its ridiculous that you don't have crucible of worlds in there. This is land destruction! And even if it wasn't, crucible is amazing with daretti because you can discard lands to him and play them after. Definitely get crucible.
And staff of domination is really good too. And it goes infinite with metalworker.
And finally, squee, goblin nabob is a must. Both squee and crucible = draw 1 additional card each turn when daretti is in play. And you can pitch squee to tormenting voice, possessed portal, smokestack, etc.
Some possible cards to remove for those: blood moon, null brooch,
I actually retired the deck a little while ago. Kinda grew tired of it
