The fun in Muzzio is that you (almost) never know what you are going to get, but he can quickly snowball. Even a Sol Ring (allowing us to look at just 1 card) can lead to an early Blightsteel Colossus.
Currently testing: Mage-Ring Network over Reliquary Tower - the tower did nothing for me in this deck since it is easy to spill my hand with all of the artifacts and sometimes I look forward to discarding (if I'm holding a colossi for instance). The Network allows me to store some unused Mana for later.
Key wincon #1: Blightsteel colossus
Other big beaters: Darksteel colossus, colossus of akros, inkwell leviathan
Things that can hurt/cripple this deck: hellkite tyrant/merciless eviction/return to dust
Having my stuff controlled or exiled is usually backbreaking.
Annoyances: austere command/rift/hurkyls recall
White it does suck to suffer a wrath effect, there are ways to recur and rebuild the board. Getting everything bounced is typically just a small delay.
Mirrorworks can instantly duplicate most Mana rocks for free or double up threats. (Sol Ring enters, triggering the Mirrorworks, tap Sol Ring for 2 Mana to use the Mirrors ability to create a copy of it.)
Mindslaver can set up a winning turn and in a few situations become a lock.
Tricks: Stolen Identity, Acquire
These cards are fun cards. Acquire can give Muzzio a jump start while denying your opponent their own resource.
Protection: boots and greaves
Getting these on Muzzio asap is usually the plan. He's fragile and will most likely be perceived as a threat.
Things to set up Muzzio: Brainstorm, Long-term plans, Scroll rack, arcbound reclaimer, moonring island, senseis top, jtms
Mana rocks/ramp: simulacrum, Sol ring, Mana crypt, mind stone, thran dynamo, gilded lotus, caged sun, pilgrims eye, expedition map, Darksteel ingot
Cards here I don't like/that aren't great: High Market - Seems unnecessary with the lack of commander tucking now. Colossus of Akros - Card is mostly just bad. Long-Term Plans - Too slow, doesn't do enough. I've never liked this card. Acquire - Too expensive for what it does, a lot of the time it's going to end up being like a 5 CMC Sol Ring or something. Stolen Identity - Way too expensive for what it does Evacuation - Meeeeeh Ichor Wellspring - Card isn't great without more ways to sacrifice it and stuff. Mycosynth Wellspring - Probably better off just having another mana rock in this slot. Scroll Rack - There just no need to play this card in blue where you can go to play real draw.

Colossus of Akros - This can be slow, but this deck tends to pump out mana quickly. Almost every game I'd dropped him he's swinging for 20 the next turn. One game I had 2 of them swinging. Even when he's not swinging, he's a hellabig blocker that people don't like dealing with. Long-Term Plans - This card is great. It sets up Muzzio and also allows us to find anything we need. With Jace or Scroll Rack on board, we are digging through our deck for any card and putting it in hand. Acquire - This is just a fun card. I love stealing things from people and this helps cheat something into play that can expedite Muzzio's shenanigans. Stolen Identity - This card is much stronger than it may appear. I've had an army of Solemn Simulacrums because of this before and it was glorious. Tons of lands and eventually card draw. Evacuation - This is a panic switch. Boards can get really annoying to deal with and in a pinch, I want to be able to wipe them clean. Obviously it's only delaying, but sometimes that all you need. It can also really screw with token shenanigans and voltrons. Ichor Wellspring - This is a card that can be played to set Muzzio up early, while providing a return. Mycosynth Wellspring - Ditto. I like getting the land from this as land is typically safer than mana rocks and I already run a few rocks. Scroll Rack - This card is BFF's with Muzzio. It lets you take any artifact you've drawn and cheat it into play with him. Also useful for digging for an answer.
Buried Ruin - This will probably take High Market's slot. Strip Mine/Wasteland - Strip Mine may make the cut, but Wasteland is way overpriced. Clever Impersonator - I like the Impersonator. I run him in Merieke (formerly Rubinia). However, for this deck I prefer Metamorph and Stolen Identity. Arcum Dagsson - I don't like Dagsson. I know he's powerful and that's part of the reason. Muzzio is the more fun version of Dagsson, IMO. I also know someone working on a Dagsson deck and don't want to see him anymore than I have to. Grand Architect - He's interesting, I'll give you that. But I don't think he fits this deck. There are few blue creatures and besides that he acts like a rock. I'd rather have a rock. Myr Battlesphere - He's a potential add. This deck doesn't have many Myr, but even alone he's a beater. Myr Retriever/Junk Diver - Myr Retriever actually was in the deck, but got cut somewhere. Wurmcoil Engine - I love the Wurmcoil. He/she/it will eventually make it's way in here. Sky Diamond/Coldsteel Heart - Potentials. So far I haven't had any mana issues. Mind Stone - Same as above. Everflowing Chalice - Same as above. Trading Post - I'll have to test this again. I've never had much luck with it. Planar Portal - Definitely on my potential list. Basalt Monolith/Grim Monolith - I'm trying to avoid infinites (though this deck can lock people out with Mindslaver) Mana Vault - I don't like it. It's been slow for me and Mana Crypt took it's slot. Illusionist's Bracers - While it can be great, it's typically not doing much. There are only a handful of creatures it affects (though Muzzio is one) Relic of Progenitus/Scrabbling Claws/Tormod's Crypt - Yeah, eventually I will fit one of these in here. Reality Shift - Yeah, I've considered swapping this for one of my 1cmc removals, but I have a fear of turning their creature into a more annoying creature. Cryptic Command - I love Cryptic and use it elsewhere. I don't run many counters in this deck on purpose. I get tired of seeing them to be honest (Lots in my playgroup). Mana Drain works well in here though for the acceleration. Blue Sun's Zenith/Stroke of Genius - I may consider one of these down the road. Karn Liberated - Honestly, I almost put him in. It came down to a Karn vs Ugin battle and I preferred Ugin. His + acts as spot removal/a punch in the face, his - is a colorless wipe which doesn't hurt me much and his ultimate is awesome.
Steel Hellkite - I do like the Hellkite and he may eventually join in. Ugin's Nexus - I honestly don't know about this card. It's great that it shuts down extra turns, but that doesn't always matter. And gaining the extra turn from it being destroyed (and then exiled) is cool, but I don't know if that is worth a slot. Crucible of Worlds - Yeah, this can be cool, but I don't think it's necessary in this deck. Mycosynth Lattice - I think the forge and disk are enough typically.
Don't forget that Mycosynth Lattice turns all of your lands into fuel for Muzzio's ability. EDIT: My bad, misread Muzzio. I thought it was number of artifacts you control.
Also, there are a number of cards here that I think you're significantly undervaluing. Especially Clever Impersonator and Grand Architect. Don't forget that the Architect can turn all of your artifact creatures blue, and make silly amounts of mana early on.
Also also, Tectonic Edge or Ghost Quarter are fine alternatives when you don't want to spend the money on Wasteland. It's usually a good idea to have two.
I totally back you playing Colossus of Akros. Such a fun and unassuming card, especially if you get him for cheap with Muzzio allowing the mana to make him awesomer...yes awesomer. I do, however, believe Clever Impersonator deserves a spot somewhere. So versatile. While you can't 'tutor' for it with Muzzio, it does provide a little more versatility than Metamorph. I actually run both in my Sydri deck. I also run the classic of all classic artifact clones, Copy Artifact.
I agree with the OP on the inclusion of Stolen Identity. That card is super-underrated, and people often miss the ability to make more artifacts as well as just creatures.
Also agree on the inclusion of Vedalken Orrery, and maybe even Shimmer Myr, though not necessarily at the expense of Leyline. Global flash is one of the scariest things out there.
I'm working a Muzzio list myself...seems like a much more fun general than Arcum or Memnarch would ever be. One thing I would definitely do is replace Colossus of Akros with Myr Battlesphere. The 'Sphere's artifact tokens seem like they would really help with Muzzio's digging ability.

Hey thanks for the reply.
As far as the Battlesphere, I think you are misreading Muzzio. And army of myr tokens does us no good, because his ability is based on the highest cmc of an artifact we control.

My newest test subject is Transmute Artifact over Treasure Mage. The Mage could definitely help me find a nice, big artifact, but I almost always never played it. Typically, I would have something else to play or wanted to keep Mana open to use Muzzio EoT.
I need to update the list slightly, because I also swapped the Mycosynth Wellspring out for something and can't remember what. (EDIT: found it. I had swapped Steel Hellkite in its place for testing)
@rshizz: No. I've never really thought about the Sheets. It may be something I test in the future, but for now I've had decent success with the current manabase. Thanks for the suggestion though.
Just don't try to build it like arcum and you'll be fine. You want lots of mana. Also I would still run high market so you can save colossi from exile effects. Never underestimate the value of a sac outlet.

High Market - Seems unnecessary with the lack of commander tucking now.

Acquire - Too expensive for what it does, a lot of the time it's going to end up being like a 5 CMC Sol Ring or something.

Ichor Wellspring - Card isn't great without more ways to sacrifice it and stuff.
Mycosynth Wellspring - Probably better off just having another mana rock in this slot.
Scroll Rack - There just no need to play this card in blue where you can go to play real draw.
Cards you may want to consider:
Buried Ruin - Little bit of backup for Academy Ruins is always good.
Strip Mine/Wasteland - These guys are must haves. There are a lot of offensive lands to blow up.
Clever Impersonator - One of the best clones printed. Much better than Stolen Identity.
Arcum Dagsson - Pretty decent transmuter. Let's you go find big dumb things like Darksteel Forge.
Grand Architect - This guy does a lot of good things.
Myr Battlesphere - Card is sweet. It's a big dumb artifact that gives you a bunch of little artifacts. Good times.
Myr Retriever/Junk Diver - These guys work great with that Phyrexia's Core you have there, or other sac effects.
Wurmcoil Engine - Duh.
Sky Diamond/Coldsteel Heart - Super solid mana rocks. Will help make this deck much quick. Especially when you get to play them turn 1 off of Sol Ring or Mana Crypt.
Mind Stone - Another solid 2 CMC mana rock, and gives you a draw later if you need it.
Everflowing Chalice - Yet another solid 2 CMC mana rock, or play it for much bigger when you have more mana.
Trading Post - Card does a lot of good things here you want to do.
Planar Portal - Expensive, but you can play lots of ways to make big mana and keep untapping this thing.
Basalt Monolith/Grim Monolith - Infinite mana with Rings of Brighthearth, and even without it's super sweet with ways of untapping it, like Clock and Key.
Mana Vault - Doesn't let you go infinite mana, but still sweet when you can untap it with Voltaic Key, Unwinding Clock, etc.
Illusionist's Bracers - Super sweet with your general, or Master Transmuter, or Scarecrone, or Kuldotha Forgemaster or a bunch of other things.
Relic of Progenitus/Scrabbling Claws/Tormod's Crypt - Graveyard hate is important, and you have a bunch of ways to find them and recur them.
Reality Shift - Solid piece of blue removal.
Cryptic Command - Trust me, you reeeally want this card. It's a good idea to have more than just one counterspell, and this card does a lot of things beyond just countering.
Blue Sun's Zenith/Stroke of Genius - It's a really good idea to have some mass draw laying around for late game when your board is dead.
Karn Liberated - Because he's Karn. Does a lot of good things for mono colour decks.
That's everything off the top of my head. I'm sure there are other sweet cards I forgot.
EDIT: Sweet things I forgot.
Steel Hellkite - Sweet artifact beater that can just ruin a lot of people's boards.
Ugin's Nexus - Really abusable in this deck.
Crucible of Worlds - Great with a bunch of effect lands.
Mycosynth Lattice - This card + Darksteel Forge + Nevinyrral's Disk = lololololol

Another card I've had great luck with is Leyline of Anticipation and/or Shimmer Myr. Just a thought.
I agree with ZenN where you could probably lose the Mycosynth Wellspring and the Ichor Wellspring. I don't see any sac outlets besides a Disc wipe and the Forgemaster. You could probably gain more utility in those spots. Etherium Sculptor, Chief Engineer, or even Vedalken Archmage could make some good replacement ideas.
Overall I think your list is pretty darn good. I look forward to seeing any potential changes you make in the near future.
