If you follow DTK spoilers, you'd have heard we're going to get some cool dragons. I've preemptive built an Animar-based proxy deck around the 20-21 best Dragons I could find.
The main combo I'm excited about is Hellkite Charger and Savage Ventmaw. There are also a number of combos involving Warstorm Surge. BTW, can you find the five-card combo that deals 200 damage at once?
Not having Dragon Tempest and Scourge of Valkas(Especially good with Rite of Replication kicked 36 dmg with only it out) seems like a huge oversight. I'd take out Moonveil Dragon and Stormwing Dragon for them.
I can see adding those two cards, but I don't want my total Dragon count to go down. Are there any non-creature cards you'd recommend lifting for Dragon Tempest?

Kicked Rite + Scourge of Valkas does a LOT more than 36 damage. It does 6(number of Scourge of Valkas in play after resolution of rite)*6(total number of dragons in play)*5(number of triggers) = 180 damage, divisible in groups of 6 damage to different targets. Each additional dragon in play before the rite causes an additional 30 damage.

Definition of combo is using two cards in combination with one another. Doesn't have to mean infinite I kill you now combo of god tier status.
Anyways, this basically says for every mana you have available (outside of savage ventmaw) you get another combat phase.
AEther Vial it will take 6 turns before it does anything significant just seems to slow.
AEther Vial is one of the best cards I own. It's a good beginning. It combos well with [[Temur Ascendancy]] and with stuff like Vorel and Volt Charge that can add more counters to it.
If you pull the 3-card combo off (Doubling Season + Dragon Tempest + Sarkhan Unbroken), and you use Sarkhan's ult to tutor 10 total dragons with an average power of 6, and two of them are the above-referenced bombs, it's approximately 540 damage from ETB triggers alone, thanks to Dragon Tempest. That's not including two combat steps worth of damage (the first with 10 dragons and the second with 30 dragons), after which you'll be left with about 90 dragons and a table full of dead players. I plan to protect the 'yard with Bow of Nylea and Elixir of Immortality.
Any thoughts?
