Hey guys, this is a list I recently started working on. Mostly focusing on controlling the game until I combo off with Exsanguinate as the sole win condition. Lots of tutors, draw effects and counterspells! I am just using cards I have or that are pretty cheap.
I think I might need more win conditions but I think I have a pretty good base put together! For reference, my play-group doesn't play super cutthroat, so not a lot of extra turns and the like. Thanks!
If Exsanguinate is your lone wincon, you might want to help it with a Boseiju, who shelters all, as well as try to get some more free counterspells like Pact of Negation and, for somewhat pricer shenanigans, Force of Will. Otherwise all it takes is a simple Dissipate to completely ruin your deck.

I'll definitely look into Boseiju, who shelters all but I find that since the deck is so permission heavy that it typically doesn't need to be uncounterable. I have negate and any of the counters in my grave to dick over would-be counterspells. I also want to find a copy of Minamo, school at water's edge for extra Dralnu activations. Anyway, thanks for the thoughts, maybe Foil can fit in for a potentially free counter...
I significantly increased the removal package after some playtesting. I lacked answers for resolved dudes and got overrun before I could get a good hard wipe off (cyclonic rift saved me for a while but it didn't keep me alive forever.)
