As for the mana base, I'm a little surprised to see Gilded Lotus but no Signets. Alesha seems like she cares more about getting fast mana than lots of mana.
All in all, though, it looks like a solid foundation.
The Orc Sureshot is something that I've been playing round with. I think I'm going to switch it out for a Phyrexian Plaguelord.
I, as well, don't like using the Barrage of Expandables, the one red mana to sac is really slow. I'll Probably try Alter of Dementia over it.
Th two helix are in there for the time being, I'm planning on putting other removal spells over them. Maybe Hero's Downfall and Unmake.
The Gilded Lotus was something I had laying around, so I put it in. But it should be a faster mana rock, maybe Mind Stone.

The only difference between insanity and intelligence, is the level of success.
Flamewake Phoenix seems odd in a deck full of 2 power creatures. I'd sub it for Anger as a haste enabler. Easy to sac it or discard it.
I made a budget Alesha list that focuses more on sacing/discard to fuel her. Goal was to be well below $100 not including the commander. Ended up being $81 from TCGPlayer. It may give you some ideas.
Not having Reveillark and Karmic Guide in here seems like an oversight. Guide is recurrable by Alesha, Lark puts most creatures in your deck back into play, and they add infinite combo potential to the list when played together too. Speaking of infinite combos, some free sac effects, Mirror Entity, Murderous Redcap, and Triskelion are all good adds.
The Phoenix is really good believe it or not, I recur it more times by itself then you would imagine. I'll take a look at your list.
I don't do infinite combos. I don't need to, to win. So I will never put any in on purpose. If I add good cards that can go infinite with others, it's not intentional and never used. But the Angel is something I should try to make a cut for.

I would cut Barrage of Expendables for a free sacrifice ability, like Ashnod's Altar or Phyrexian Altar.
Things like Warleader's Helix, Lightning Helix aren't really suited to Commander. These could be replaced by any number of things, from extra combat steps to reactivate Alesha (Relentless Assault, Aggravated Assault, Seize the Day, Waves of Aggression) or ways to fill your graveyard (Wheel of Fortune, Pyromancy, Daretti, Scrap Savant, Viashino Racketeer, Rummaging Goblin).
