I've been running Marath since his release in Commander 2013, making him my second longest running general, and my primary multiplayer deck. There are a number of different strategies for Marath lists, I chose to focus on tokens with a healthy side of combos. Since its addition to the deck, Craterhoof Behemoth has been the most frequent win condition. The deck is seasoned, but I wouldn't call it tuned yet. Without further ado...
I recently did a major revamp of about ten cards, so there are a fair number of new and unproven cards in the list. Currently the Pod chain kind of dead ends at 5, barring some emergency situation where I need Bane of Progress immediately; that annoys me, but I'm not sure if Acidic Slime or Thragtusk is good enough. There's probably something else reasonable I could use, but I'm not sure what.
The triple green in his activation cost can also make him incredibly color intensive, which is why many Marath decks don't run him. Soul of Theros is easier to activate (colors wise) and can be activated from the graveyard for a surprise pump. They're both useful in didn't ways. It's more preference based than anything.
Also, Collective Blessing is a huge pump. Probably better than a couple of the other ones you have there.
Keep in mind that many Marath players don't like traditional static pump cards because it is more difficult to kill and recast Marath (you have to remove counters and deal damage to him). In decks like this, where Marath is a predominant engine, they become much more unattractive.
These can go either way, but from personal experience, White Sun's Zenith is difficult to use because of the triple white cost. Decree of Justice and Secure the Wastes are better in control decks, because it let's you leave counters on Marath.

Good list, though!

Also also, if one of your main plans is just token swarm, cards like White Sun's Zenith, Secure the Wastes, and Decree of Justice will go a long, long way. EOT make 10 tokens, untap and play Craterhoof Behemoth has won me way too many games.
