So i am constructing a Grand Arbiter time walk/combo deck and im starting to hit a brick wall with it. here's a link to the deck list. any suggestions?. with the lands in the purchase slot i will be removing the basics i have on a 1 for 1. and there is head room sense i dont have a full 100 yet

A few thoughts:

Ghostly Flicker, Crystal Shard, and Erratic Portal seem like equally or more efficient ways to reuse your Archaeomancer-style effects in comparison to cards like Capsize and DEN.
I'd consider some more main board artifact and enchantment destruction (Torpor Orb is bad news bears, and Stranglehold or Ugin's Nexus are no picnic either). Return to Dust, Austere Command, Unexpectedly Absent are all options.
Planeswalkers are great in a Time Walk list. Venser, the Sojourner, Teferi, Temporal Archmage, and Tezzeret the Seeker seem amazing in this list and much better than the Jaces, but Elspeth, Knight-Errant, Tamiyo, the Moon Sage, Karn Liberated, and Ugin, the Spirit Dragon are all worth a look too.
Going full super friends would justify The Chain Veil and Contagion Engine. Savor the Moment becomes a lot more palatable too especially with Teferi.
A few clear staples missing from your list include Hinder, Snapcaster Mage and Stroke of Genius (which doubles as a kill-spell if you can't find another way to end the game).
