This deck is built around the beautiful interaction between Teferi, Temporal Archmage's -1 and mana rocks/lands that tap for more than one mana, combined with mana locking Stasis effects. With my commander untapping 10+ mana worth of permanents every turn, I can more or less ignore the effects of the mana deniers while my opponents struggle to cast the smallest spells. I can then find one of the various combos in the deck and go for game. I also have a secondary theft theme, with the backup plan being "steal something huge and beat face". When Fate Reforged comes out I'm planning on the following changes:
-1 Pongify
-1 Rapid Hybridization
-1 Nevinyrral's Disk
+1 Reality Shift
+1 Ugin, the Spirit Dragon
+1 Pendrell Mists (this should probably be in there already but I don't have a copy yet)
Just my 2 cents. I'm not saying all of them should be in, 'cause I know you think some of the cards are irrelevant, but actually they are worth of the shot and at least one of the many cards(I haven't mentioned yet) that might fit in here. Oh! Great... I've said to much, its like I almost posted the deck list that I'm planning for my Teferi, Temporal Archmage. Happy Brewing and Goodluck mate!
Thanks for the feedback guys, I've been testing the deck and I'd actually already decided to add misdirection over forbid (making 3 free counters alongside pact of negation and commandeer) and some more card draw in the form of mystic remora(replacing frost titan since he's not testing very well) and cephalid coliseum over one of the cycle lands. I'm aware of Propaganda's lack of walker protection, so I've been looking for a replacement. I'm leaning towards more card draw, possible Gush or Treasure Cruise (thanks for the suggestions). Karn Liberated is going in as soon as I can get one, and while I'd love a JTMS I don't have the budget for one. I don't think I need a back up beater wincon since I can almost always combo out (I've won a good 70-90% of my games with this against 3-4 people, although only a few players are on campus at the moment so i haven't had a chance to play against some of the best decks in my meta) and I can always just bribery one if I need to. I'm thinking about adding in an ancient tomb as well, although I'm worried about the damage I'll take from using it repeatedly.
Side note, Teferi can't go infinite with the Veil if Tezzeret or the Rings aren't involved because he needs to untap the chain veil twice for every use of his -1 (either via Tezz's +1 or copying the -1 with Rings). If you try to just spam his -1 and untap the veil repeatedly Teferi runs out of loyalty and dies, and even though you can recast him the commander tax will keep increasing while the amount of mana he produces each cycle will not. You can generate a ton of mana with just the Veil, but you won't draw any cards and it won't be fully infinite.
Ok, wow, I... did not realize a recast Teferi would retroactively benefit from every Veil activation. That's disgusting on so many levels. Thanks for pointing that out!
So far, yes. I've been playing with groups of 2-4 other players and have won almost every game despite always getting archenemy'd from turn 1 (fastest win being turn 2 with a god hand of Tezzeret, Chain Veil, Grim Monolith and Mana Vault).
Nothing in DTK really stands out to me for this deck. This list is a bit outdated at the moment, but the current version has been performing extremely well (still don't have a Karn, though). I get Archenemy'd a lot but I still usually win more games than I lose, so that's not a problem. Funniest win was when I got hit with a Mind Grind that milled almost all my win conditions including the Chain Veil. Their celebrations were cut short when I played the Academy Ruins I'd had in hand for the last few turns.

Combos:
Palinchron + Caged Sun (or High Tide)= Infinite blue mana
Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth= Infinite colorless mana
Mind Over Matter + Arcanis, the Omnipotent= Infinite draw and mana
Enter the Infinite + Laboratory Maniac (also works with Blue Sun's Zenith and infinite mana)= Instant Win
Teferi, Temporal Archmage + Tezzeret the Seeker + The Chain Veil (Rings of Brighthearth can replace Tezzeret, but it's easier with him as he can also tutor the Veil) = Infinite mana, cards, loyalty and planeswalker activations. If this combo goes off there are an infinite number of spectacular ways to finish the game off, my personal favorite being dropping Tamiyo, the Moon Sage and making her emblem, then playing Jace, Architect of Thought and spamming his ultimate along with Blatant Thievery until your opponents have nothing but lands in their decks and nothing on the board.
Still trying to perfect this, so advice is welcome!

Frozen Æther and Orb of Dreams go well with Stasis and company.
Phantasmal Image provides an additional combo with Palinchron as well as general utility.
