Here's my contribution from a couple of months ago. I really liked the deck. I remember early searches for Blitterblossom, Arena, and Oblivion Stone were all winners normally.
(Funnily enough the other night I had an idea of doing a deck tech with this guy as well)
Great video!

I'm pretty sure it's the other way around.
If you play Tutelage, you have to wait for your next upkeep to get a card. With Connections, you can tap the land immediately.

so your t4 play is to full tap to draw a card & then get wastelanded? Seems bad.
If you t3 it, then you have just three mana on t4 if you want a draw (& obv you do, else you wouldn't have cast it).

I will watch your video later but do take a look at this thread. This is still my main french deck and still produces good to great results in my blue-based control heavy meta.
Also, turn 4 is prime early Zurgo or board clear options. You generally don't want to tap out and draw on t4. Wasteland, yeah that. Also I tend to play mass ld and dark tutelage will survive where underworld connections won't. One last thought, because of the land destruction, you don't want to cost yourself a land a turn at the expense of a card. Gotta stay on curve to ensure you can lock them out of the game.
@3Drinks, curious as to the inclusion of Toxic Deluge. Why would you include a wrath that kills your own general? And not include Wrath of God? Indestructible during your turn is one of his key traits.

Because I can kill your board before Zurgo lands. Three cmc is a very hard deal to pass up for such a universal sweeper. It's certainly no Fire Covenant, but it'll do.
