So, I had this crazy idea a while back. I said to myself, what would happen if doubling season became a creature and I made some copies of it? It turns out shenanigans. Want stupid amounts of tokens without going infinite? Want to have thousands upon thousands of walking forests? Well look no further! With Kruphix leading the way all you have to do is smile and laugh as you lay down doubling season after doubling season.
Have you ever heard of Precursor golem? Well lets just say he gets a little silly in here. He comes out you get 2 tokens. (hopefully you have a few doubling seasons or parallel lives out...) You just so happen to have a stolen identity. Boom, three golems get targeted and with 1 doubling season out you get 6 more golems. What's this? You hit them with a flying creature with that stolen identity ciphered onto it?! *pop* you're up to 27 golems! What would have happened if you had some more doubling seasons out...
You don't call "dying to removal" if the removal is more expensive in resources than the creature. If you have to spend BG (Abrupt Decay), or W + basic land (PtE) to remove a 1G, that is not "dying to removal". Strictly speaking Goyf dies to removal, but actually your removal is dying to Goyf.
Oh my lord! Opalesence is the card I needed but didn't know I needed. As for jenara, that would need to be a major overhaul and I would need to heavily consider it. And yeah, in one game I made my forests 1/1s with ambush commander and kicked a rite of replication with 11 doubling seasons on board. My play group has a love/hate relationship with this deck. As for shakashima I will likely update that when I get one, I have yet to be happy to peel an infinite reflection so I definitely agree.

So... I threw together a blue green deck, with kruphix as my general as the main combo (Doubling Season Mycosynth Lattice March of the Machines) just so happens to destroy all lands. The idea is the have enough mana in your pool that when you stick the lattice/march of the machines you can still cast a few copy spells (stolen identity progenitor mimic rite of replication spitting image, you get the idea..)

I love using Progenitor Mimic on Mishra's Factory/Inkmoth Nexus. Durdles for days. Hilarity ensues.
You should switch to bant, like Jenara, Asura of War for Opalescence. Much better.
