Well hello everyone. This is my first post here. A friend of mine recommended me this website and sub forum to post my decklist. Which is also my first deck for EDH.
The deck itself has a fairly good win rate so far of 70%. It utilizes a large number of cheap cantrip artifacts as possible fodder for Daretti like Urza's Bauble and Barbed Sextant as a couple of examples. It also has Junk Troller and Canal Dredger in it to help place the cantrip artifacts and less desirable artifacts like mana rocks back into the the library. It also comes with win conditions that are Darksteel Reactor, Chance Encounter, Grafted Exoskeleton, the stations to an extent, or Hellkite Tyrant.
I would really appreciate some feedback as I am not sure if the deck is just winning through sheer luck and happenstance in matches or it actually does have strong potential.
I'm not sure this is the right deck for Darksteel Reactor. It is hard to get rid of, but even with proliferate effects it takes a long time to win the game. How has it fared for you so far? I'm also not a fan of Hellkite Tyrant in a heavy artifact deck. You're the one running most of the artifacts, so you have everything to lose and little to gain. I've found that he tends to get cloned or stolen, and if he's cloned he can't block himself very effectively because of the trample. If you're looking for finishers, I would rather run Wurmcoil Engine (even better when you can put him in an out of your graveyard repeatedly), Steel Hellkite (also good removal), or Myr Battlesphere (also makes potential chump blockers / artifacts to sac for Daretti's -2).
I would swap out Extraplanar Lens for either Gauntlet of Power or if you can afford it Gauntlet of Might. They don't run the risk of being 2 for 1ed, and not many people run red so the symmetry is rarely a downside. In fact, I find it to be an upside at times, since red is primary in artifact removal, but other red players won't want to blow it up.
Scrying Sheets is pseudo card draw, and you're already running snow covered mountains anyway. It's really good with Top, which you're also already running.
Hellkite has been fine. He has been stolen 1/10 times with a bribery. He was reclaimed the following turn with Expedition Map into Homeward Path. Its fairly creature light at the moment and aside from Bosh, Iron Golem is my only big beater as I want to keep very few and the bodies of my big beaters small mostly. I wouldn't want a Darksteel Colossus because I can easily foresee that killing me off quickly in a quick few turns, same with wurmcoil. Though I would like to add Steel Hellkite and Myr Battlesphere for their utility purposes. My deck has earned the nickname at the table "Red Turtle" as that is all it seems to do is turtle up and win like that.
I will try to make room for Goblin Matron as you raise a very good point.
You're not running Wurmcoil Engine because it might kill you in 7 turns, yet you run Hellkite Tyrant which can steal a lot of your relevant board position in one turn?! I don't understand that assessment, especially since you tout your deck's turtling ability.
The real concern I have in this list is the lack of removal. I'm guessing that winning outside of combat isn't that common in your meta, or I would expect to see Chaos Warp, All is Dust, Nevinyrral's Disk, etc. Also, do your cantrips let you fuel Sunstone and Glacial Crevasses well enough that you don't need to include Crucible of Worlds?
It's a pain to determine how many creatures you have in your list, but it appears to be ~12. Is Feldon of the Third Path really pulling his weight with so few creatures in the deck? I understand that he's the only form of recursion you have for some of your creatures, but I'm thinking that Goblin Matron would be better in that slot so that you can more reliably use Goblin Welder and Slobad, Goblin Tinkerer.
Though I can understand why Ratchet wouldn't want to have too many creatures in the deck with high power. The worst thing you can do to a deck that steals your creatures to only give them options amongst several "weaker smaller bodies" which means the tyrant would be the most likely stolen one unless its in the graveyard or in the hand already. One of the worst hits you can ever take early in a multiplayer game is for someone to steal a powerful creature in your library like with Bribery. However each preventive measure comes with its own drawback. That drawback in this case is a lower creature count in the library. Each drawback usually comes with a remedy. In this case it is to go pseudo-stax.

Goblin Matron might be a good choice, since it can tutor up Goblin Welder, Slobad, Goblin Tinkerer, or Squee, Goblin Nabob, all of whom are very useful.

Sure just have to find my copy of Rings of Brighthearth.

I cannot afford Gauntlet of Might at the moment so I will have to settle for Gauntlet of Power.
Scrying Sheets is a no brainer. I must have been absent minded and forgot about it as I can see it right in my binder right now.

Add: Metalworker, Crucible of Worlds, Gauntlet of Power, Scrying Sheets, Goblin Matron
@Glimflicker: If he were to nix two noncreature and add two creatures, he would have 16 creatures. (Metalworker, Goblin Matron, Goblin Welder, Squee, Goblin Nabob, Slobad, Goblin Tinkerer, Bosh, Iron Golem, Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient, Hellkite Tyrant, Feldon of the Third Path, Canal Dredger, Junk Troller, Darksteel Myr, Darksteel Gargoyle, Stuffy Doll, Creepy Doll)
