It's been a couple of weeks I'm building this list. It's designed to be good against what's good in the format actually (NC Spells of 4 CMC and over) and intends to lock or slow downs many archetypes with all of the unique texts whites creatures have to offer. What's you guys' opinion on this?
I think you should at least up your land count to 35 to lessen you're mulligan moments.
Why still use B Pod, Elspeth and Garruk? If the main point of the deck is to cast and protect Teeg (and I think you should focus on that), those cards will be dead draw.
My own rules when building a Commander deck:
1) Underrated general that I can build around but the deck must work without him/her too.
2) Every card must be legal in both banlists.
3) No infinite combo that could win (and ruin) instantly a multiplayer game.
4) Synergy at all costs; stay on theme, avoid goodstuff.

You should play Nevermore too.
