There are many, many tricks, stax locks, and combos littered throughout the deck. Its incredibly fun to play.
Of course, there needs to be one more spot in here for Wave of Vitriol.
I know it looks like there is some anti-synergy, but you really don't need to cast Titania until you have a land-sac outlet, which means that you can win the game that turn or the turn after. You can be confident that your creatures will survive as long as you lock your opponent's mana.
You don't have any real engines, but landing a Kavu Lair or a Garruk's Packleader for more than a turn usually wins you the game, as they find you Concordant Crossroads or Craterhoof Behemoth, or both, which usually means you win.
Just got a game on cockatrice with the deck, and it is 8nsanely fun. I won a game of 3 people, against an Avacyn, Angel of Hope deck and a Xira Ariel Loam deck. I'll record a video then put it up here.
All the shuffle effects mean that Sylvan Library is probably a must and Scroll Rack should at least be considered. More card drawing can come from Greater Good because you will often have more 5/3s than you can easily use.
Having a bunch of 5-power creatures get chumped until they can be dealt with is no fun, so I think Nylea, God of the Hunt should be in there and maybe some of your other favorite trample enablers as well.
The new Myriad Landscape both synergizes with Titania as a self-sacrificing land and ramps you to 5 a turn faster. I would also consider Dryad Arbor in the land base because you have 4 fetches that can tutor for it and it's a fine card to have out in case someone Wraths with Titania in play since you get a 5/3 after the carnage.
There's also the possibility of Greenseeker because you'll probably end up in a lot of board states with some basics in the yard and will want recursion. Another small creature to consider is Drumhunter for card-draw and mana each turn.
Tested the list and really enjoyed it - nice job! This is a great stax build.
However, I agree with the poster above me - I'd consider cutting Collective Voyage and New Frontiers for Sylvan Library and Greater Good. The card advantage that the latter two provide is insane, and I'm still not a fan of Voyage and Frontiers' double-edgedness, even though I see what you're trying to do with them here. Myriad Landscape is also a shoe-in. Not a big fan of Greenseeker/Drumhunter/Nylea though.
The deck doean't play Titania for value, you usually win the turn or two after you play her. Your goal is to slam her just after you have locked the board down, then begin the land-creature conversion, which works because you have more land. Rarely do you cast Collective Voyage or New Frontiers unless you plan to win that turn or the following. Props to the above two for enabling massive landfall.
This is why I am hesitant to put in Greater Good; I like Scroll Rack and Sylvan Library though. With all the fetchland shuffling, I feel it is especially pertinent here.
he goal is to go wide; not tall so trample isnt especially relevant.

I think you're underestimating the power of Greater Good. There's a good probability that you can just "go off" with draw 5, discard 3 into some kind of relevant ability to get another token. You talk about land-creature conversion, but the land-creature-card conversion quickly becomes land-creature-card-land-creature-card, and then you just go off completely.
You start drawing into extra land drops, Crop Rotations, lands that produce multiple mana, and finally haste outlets. Really, just try Greater Good. Greater Good + Rampaging Baloths almost always wins the game unchecked, and I feel the same thing will happen here.
Also, Collective Voyage and New Frontiers are still scary because you have to rely on everyone else doing nothing. You can try to control them to the point where they can't, but giving them that many lands RARELY ends well. I know every deck in my meta would just go off if given that much mana, even through your millions of 4/4s and 5/3s. I get what you're trying to do, but it's just too risky.
Lotus Cobra is ridiculously strong. If you return a fetch when Titania comes into play, you net 3 mana after playing your commander. For example, with no ramp other than the Cobra: T1 land, T2 land + Cobra, T3 fetchland (5 mana total), play Titania, return fetchland, floating 3 extra mana. Not to mention she makes cards like Skyshroud Claim, Nature's Lore, and Three Visits, and Boundless Realms free spells.
I tested with Squirrel Wrangler and found him to be ridiculously slow and mana intensive. For another sac outlet, try Fortitude. Terastodon isn't bad either, and is versatile since you can destroy your own stuff (netting a 9/9, 3 5/3s, and 3 3/3s).
Sunstone seems like garbage compared to Constant Mists. And neither are good enough to justify running both, if that makes sense. There are plenty of land sac outlets.
Obviously it's expensive but your deck desperately wants Mana Crypt.
Sunstone and Constant Mists are the nuts. Any voltron deck, or any aggro deck cannot beat these cards.
Lotus Cobra (kind of like Amulet of Vigor) are touchy ones. They can be very explosive, but they are not what this deck needs. Only testing will tell on these two.
I still think your speed would greatly benefit from Mana Crypt. First turn Cultivate is almost unstoppable. How many turns do you expect your games to last?
I think 39 lands is far more than enough to justify Burgeoning, especially when playing Crucible. But the card is definitely a personal choice.
Amulet of Vigor is garbage. Lotus Cobra is insane. Maybe it's one of those cards you just have to test, but seriously, combined with extra land drops, spell ramp, FETCHLANDS (3 mana for one land drop!), Crucible, your Commander's Restore ability.
Specifically in this deck, I think it's important to be able to do something AFTER you play your commander, but on that same turn. If you're only at 5 mana when you cast him, he'll give you an additional 1 (hopefully). With Lotus Cobra, it will be an additional 2 (or 3 if fetchland).
The Jury is out on Lotus Cobra. The problem is, Titania is not capable of t3/t4 wins. Normally yes, but it'd be hard to win that quickly. Someone casts Wrath of God then you're ****ed.
Kahmal and Triumph of the Hordes seem a little too situational. Kahmal is only good when you have many 5/3s, at which you may not be able to overrun. The others seem mine in effect, as mostly I look for sweepers to fill that role too.
I want to find a spot for Britalizer Exarch; Primal Command is already in the list.
Why do I want cards that animate my lands? I don't need any more land into creature effects.
Edit: I need Natural Affinity. It not only goes with Nev's Dusk, but goes with every wrath spell. Love it.
Yea, it doesn't make sense to run Thran Dynamo before Mana Crypt. And I guarantee Lotus Cobra is better ramp than you have now, especially with fetches and Ghost Quarter.
Realms Uncharted is bad.
And the reason you want Kamahl is for one-sided Wraths. You animate their stuff. And/or your own to help make tokens.
Fair enough on Kamahl. I will look for spots for him.
Realms Uncharted has been very good in testing actually. It gets me Glacial Chasm or other effects pretty easily, very versatile.
I don't run Crypt because of the damage, thus deck isn't capable of churning out easy wins, so that damage will matter. Most Stax decks cannot afford to run Mana Crypt.
The jury is still out on Lotus Cobra. I'm testing him.
Why do I want cards that animate my lands? I don't need any more land into creature effects.
Kamahl, Fist of Krosa Would be very good in this deck. He prevents others from Board-Wipes by turning others land into creatures, he can help with a quick chump-block(1/1 blocks and you get a 5/3 in return) and the over-run effect is just Icing on the cake. I would give him a try
Just for land suggestions might I suggest Mouth of Ronom. It makes great colourless spot removal, and also has synergy with the land search Into the North.

Hunting Wilds is strictly better than Explosive Vegetation/Ranger's Path in mono-G. Not that you'd use the kicker more than once in a lifetime...

I used to run Burgeoning, but never had enough lands to make it justifiable.
Crystal Vein is good.
Squirrel Wrangler is better with Smokestack and the like. It is also an army-in-a-can, that can also make that army grow.
Hunting Wilds should be in here.
Sunstone and Constant Mists are the nuts. Any voltron deck, or any aggro deck cannot beat these cards.

Crystal Vein: glad I could help!
I just think the Squirrel is too slow. But I am for T4 wins or T4 knocking out one player.
I suppose that without any tutor abilities, two copies of fog effects are okay, especially since they are land sac outlets.
Why not any 2-drop land ramp? The good ones: Nature's Lore and Three Visits, or the bad ones: Rampant Growth, Into the North, etc.
Amulet of Vigor is garbage. Lotus Cobra is insane. Maybe it's one of those cards you just have to test, but seriously, combined with extra land drops, spell ramp, FETCHLANDS (3 mana for one land drop!), Crucible, your Commander's Restore ability.

Triumph of the Hordes would be an awesome win condition in here.
Kamahl, Fist of Krosa fits this deck to a T. Win condition, wrath protection, and land sac outlet all in one.
Also, I would not dream of playing this deck without Greater Good. That card is much too insane.
I want to find a spot for Britalizer Exarch; Primal Command is already in the list.
