I want to build a Lazav deck, but I also want to try something a little different. This is not a pure mill deck, instead, the idea is to bring Lazav out as soon as possible and start wrecking their hand, cloning their biggest evasive creature and start beating face. I don't have any infinites in here, not really interested in running any either but the deck can do some pretty abusive things and has means of locking down the board. I don't know if I should add Forced Fruition in here? Please suggest what to cut with every addition please. Your help is much appreciated!
Loving the list man! This is pretty much the direction I am taking my Nekusar deck (because while cool, Nek is boring. Wait to play him, then wheel and wheel end game - boring). I am of the approach to overflow hands with forced draw effects and hand discard wheels, then if they draw into something good and play it - I'll just clone/steal it for myself or bounce it. My thought is that whatever they do discard is always gravy for Waste Not and other discard effects to put me ahead.
It might be a little foolish to rely completely on what the other guy is milling to pump up Lazav, he needs a few voltron-y things Trepanation Blade, Sword of Body and Mind. Just my thoughts - how have you been liking the deck so far?

Storm Cauldron - just evil, lock your opponent out with Warped Devotion in play
Bloodchief Ascension - just ouch in all milling scenarios
Undead Alchemist - why just mill when you can also have a zombie horde as well?
