I'm looking for any advice anyone can give on what to do with this deck. This was the first commander deck I made many years ago when it was still EDH. What started as an unearth-themed deck around Sedris, the Traitor King has turned into an amalgamation of reanimator, blink, control, mana ramp, fun-effects thing with cute card combos like Prototype Portal + artifacts (I've done that with cards like Blightsteel Colossus and Sol Ring) and Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker+Perstermite. Cards like Conjurer's Closet and Teferi's Veil to circumvent unearth's exile and Palinchron and Great Whale to ramp into mass unearth. I tweaked it for some years and eventually stopped making changes because I didn't know what was worth changing anymore. It has so many different plans and lines of plays that it doesn't feel like it has any plan anymore, and the deck is so inconsistent that it either plays lands and mana ramping things for entire games or just stalls and eventually goes nowhere. Occasionally the deck will pull out something ridiculous and explosive but it just doesn't cut it anymore in most commander games. I feel like I'm just playing top-deck roulette with a stack of cards when everyone else is playing an actual deck. I get better and more consistent results from my other commander decks, but I don't want to scrap this deck entirely if I don't have to. I don't know if there are some key cards the deck needs to really tie it together or make it perform a lot better, or maybe a different commander that fits whatever this deck is trying to do better (in the same or similar colors, reworking the mana base will be too difficult otherwise).

Not a great player at all, but I have a sedris deck I love. I think you need more of a focus on creatures and less reanimation from sources other than your commander. The redundancy is good in case your commander gets tucked, but I think you have a bit much. One thing I really like in my deck is Flayer of The Hatebound. This gives your deck a little more reach and allows some explosive turns with unearth. That is just my 2 cents.
Well, I have some ideas now and will do some improvements after a bit more feedback from other sources I'm waiting on. I forgot how silly this deck can be if I just put out infinite mana with palinchron and use other recure-able effects. I'm a bit concerned how unbalanced this might get if I put Deadeye Navigator in, but...
I'll post a new list eventually.
*edit*: My most recent games I've had some really fun lines of play already, just had to remember how this deck works. For example, some well played Careful Consideration and Thirst for Knowledge put some key creatures into my graveyard. With a bit of mana I played Body Double as a Solemn for more lands, and Conjurer's Closet to keep redoing Body Double as new creatures. Pitched Izzet Chronarch, Body Double copied and then started recuring Kiki-Jiki, copying Chronarch and then it was just replaying any cards I wanted. Kept replaying the draws to filter down to Palinchron and Mana Flare, went infinite mana, drew Teferi's Veil, played Sedris and unearthed my whole graveyard, swung for great effects, phased out, kept all my creatures until next turn. Following turn, infinite mana again, I made more copies of Chronarch, replayed Cruel Ultimatum a couple times, then played Decree of Pain, drew half my deck, tutored a couple more cards, made prototype Portal + Blightsteel, made infinite Blightsteels, unearthed my whole graveyard again, gg. The deck does work when it wants to.
Dig Through Time would probably do some good work in this deck. You can exile useless cards for the Delve, dig deep and grab what you need or just toss it into the bin.
