Commander Eesha leads my 19th existing EDH deck; as such, I have run out of the bigger cards the so many consider crucial to our game, instead relying on what I have available. That said, it has fared alright during its games, not winning, but not being left behind, either. As the subject line indicates, this deck takes the voltron route, using mostly equipment, but also some choice auras, as well.
Certainly not the best deck out there, but not bad, either. Some of the cards are on their way out, as typing this up highlighted their near-uselessness in game. I am hoping (not the best plan) that the upcoming White Commander deck has some toys I can use in here.
I am well aware that Swords of X and Y, Jitte, and Batterskull would help the deck immensely, but they are not on the table, nor is Land Tax/Scroll Rack.
Aside from the above cards, Sol Ring is conspicuous in its absence; after 19 decks, I am out. It is watched for, though. I do wonder if I have too many critters and/or too much pump.
Drought is a meta choice and has been devastating every time.
Comments are always welcome.
Cheers!
