So if it's not clear yet, the deck is definitely an artifact deck. Why? The goal is to stall out (have enough defense on-board via Myr-makers and then a dragon or two) and counter threats until I have 20+ artifacts on board. Then I either A) make Scion the Hellkite Tyrant at the end of turn right before mine then instant speed reanimate it (so it sticks around until my end step, but I would have already won during my upkeep) or to give myself two upkeeps via Paradox Haze and then make Scion a copy of the Tyrant in the first upkeep and then win on the second.
There is a secondary killcon in the form of Skittles/Moltensteel/Igniter and killing via commander damage and/or infect. To use Skittles, I put two activations of Scion on the stack. When the second one resolves, I find Moltensteel, and then in response to the first one on the stack, I pay some Phyrexian life to pump Scion (pay 12 so he gets +6/+0) and then let the first activation resolve, finding and copying Skittles. Then Scion becomes a 10/4 infecter, hopefully knocking someone out in one hit. More easily, if I have 16+ artifacts, I just have Scion copy Hellkite Igniter and then pay 1R to make Scion a 21/5, and again, hopefully knock someone out in one hit.
I have a few hatecards so I can survive long enough to win, I think. I have Pithing Needle, Torpor Orb, Ethersworn Canonist, and Karmic Justice if someone is thinking about blowing up my artifacts.
The question is, how can I make this deck work better? It's a weird deck idea, I know, but I think that it has some potential. The land count is small, but I figured that the mana rock count is high enough to compensate.
Some of you may also have noticed that the deck doesn't run any basics and kind of has a cheapish look. That's because I am trying to keep it relatively budget. Many of the expensive artifacts I already own, but things like Power Artifact, duals, and even shocks are off the table.
I've thought about this deck a lot in the past few days and I was thinking that I need a more consistent way to get Hellkite Tyrant out. Further, I need more, faster ways to generate artifacts. The artifact mana base is great because it's a good accelerant, but I need more token generators, like Myr Battlesphere, Myr Turbine, and Thopter Assembly. Anyone have any ideas?
Weird deck man... Not in a bad way, I've just never thought of making a Scion deck any other way than tons of dragons or Hermit Druid. It's interesting
Glad you find it interesting. That's typically my goal - make weird deck ideas work. You're right, probably should include agent of bolas. Maybe less so seeker though because there aren't many particular artifacts I look for.
With regard to the reanimation, ideally it's instant speed and the creature will stick around at least until the NEXT end step, so I can reanimate at eot and then win at upkeep. Otherwise, my opponents will just blow up my tyrant
The Thada Adel swap is definitely a good idea. I'll make that change when I get home. Thanks for the input!

All suggestions welcome. Thanks
You have A LOT of mana rocks, I'd consider running at least Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas if not both him and Tezzeret the Seeker.
Living Death and Patriarch's Bidding are both pretty good for mass recursion.
Awakening Zone is good for producing tokens AND mana

Titan Forge
Genesis Chamber
Myr Matrix
Sword of the Meek + Thopter Foundry + Time Sieve is silly:
1. Cast Thopter Foundry.
2. Cast Sword of the Meek for 2.
3. Pay 1 and sacrifice Sword of the Meek to get a token and return Sword equipped to it.
4. Repeat step 3 until you can't or don't want to spend any more mana.
--You can also use this combo with Time Sieve to take as many turns as you like as long as you can afford to spend at least 5 per turn.
