This is my approach at running Glissa, the Traitor. I've decided to start putting up some of my decklists since I'm in the process of revamping them, and because I can only be lazy and procrastinate for so long. My current artifact count is probably lower than it should be, but the deck is generally more concerned with dredging for value than abusing artifacts (can't resist that Mindslaver lock though...).
Comments are always appreciated, and right now I wouldn't mind finding some slots I could open up for a few instants (and maybe a slot for a Garruk/Liliana).
Below you'll find my waiting list, for cards that I'll be considering for the deck. Once I do decide to make some major changes, It'll become my changelog
Also, maybe consider putting in Grave Pact. You sac a guy, they have to sac a guy, and then you get a thing back. Ex: Sac Solemn to Viscera Seer and they have sac a guy and then you get Solemn back.
Grave Pact is a card I've often considered, but I just don't have a copy ATM, and I'd probably have to buy a copy for Ghave (cause I'm an evil person?) before getting one here. I'd love to see it printed in C2014 to make it more reasonable for me to pick up multiples of it. I'll definitely add it to my waiting list though.
I've tried the Shredder and never been that great a fan, and my brother plays Reaper/Marauder in one of his B decks, so they kind of slip my mind as something I think I'm already playing . I don't know if I could bring myself to play both of them, but I wouldn't be opposed to slipping in Marauder as a low-cost option somehow.
Pharika, God of Affliction is actually a card that I'm hoping to keep, and cutting it here will just make me play it in some different GBX shell I think (where it would invariably be more of a pure enchantment as opposed to a creature, due to devotion limitations). I like the political options she can present in comparison to other grave-hate enchantments, and the fact that I can make deathtouch tokens as a stand-in for Glissa if need be is another solid plus.
I'm assuming you don't have one in the deck because you don't have one at the moment, but at five bucks Strip Mine is just too good to not run in deck with three other not-as-good land killing lands.
So far it's been my experience that Deathreap Ritual draws more (sometimes a lot more) cards than Underworld Connections, and it doesn't tie up a land, do damage to you, or make itself a two-for-one target from someone's Ghost Quarter. I supposed the ability to know you can get a card every turn if needed is a plus for Underworld Connections, but I still don't think I'd run it over Ritual personally. YMMV.
I love me some Deathreap Ritual, but all the ones I own are tied into other GB decks (which I'll need to get around to posting sometime). I could see swapping Connections for Ritual with one of those decks, but I don't think it would change much in the long run as a result. It's on my list of cards to stock up on should I make a card order come X-mas/New Years.
The only thing stopping me from getting Strip Mine is that I run Ghost Quarter//Tectonic Edge in nearly every deck I run already, and I'm out of TecEdges as is. I'm playing Encroaching Wastes atm simply because I was able to get a good stack of them for less than a single Strip Mine would have cost me at the time (while letting the decks that really care get some extra redundancy).
Depending on how many decks I plan to make post C2014, I'll probably be able to budget for at least one of them though, so I'll add it (and ritual) to the wishlist.

Fleshbag Marauder (because it's a card I forgot I wasn't playing)
Strip Mine (to replace Encroaching Wastes whenever I can afford to get some new lands)
Deathreap Ritual (all copies in use elsewhere atm; would replace/supplement Underworld Connections)

Maybe Fleshbag Marauder or Slum Reaper or Bone Shredder to kill your opponents' creatures.
