I like making mono-colored decks because you can stack them with legendary creatures and build flexible decks that use their legends to highlight their versatility. I like making my decks with casual flavor but competitive flare.
I wanted to build a deck that got down to the core of "Red" while also highlighting the all-stars of Red's history. Goblins, dragons, burn, spellslinging, it's all in here.
I was very interested in Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient since he really adds a new dimension to red that's only been hinted at by cards like Slobad, Goblin Tinkerer and Goblin Welder. I stuffed the deck with artifacts that could do fun things with doubled abilities.
Burnished Hart has a decent activated ability. Hammer of Purphoros is more sinergistic with the rest of your deck than Anger. Not only it's an artifact, it's got an activated ability!
Other than that, props for running Liquimetal Coating, I sense a lot of funny moments involving it and Hellkite Tyrant. Maybe you could run some more artifact destruction too, like Manic Vandal and Viashino Heretic.

Burnished Hart had been in there, but given the nature of a mono-colored deck, i found I never really needed the extra mountains.
Hammer is great, I'll mos def make that change.
Yeah, Liquimetal coating is such a great card, but I have no way to consistently find it in the deck. I've been trying to find some redundancies to also run in the deck. Thran Forge and Ashnod's Transmogrant are possibilities, and Ashnod's Trans is at 1CMC so it's great for Salvaging Station. I like Viashino Heretic, I'll have to find a copy of that guy.
I'm surprised to not see Goblin Charbelcher in here it seems like a pretty consistent way to get rid of big creatures or maybe even be a win-con. and as an added bonus it has goblin in its name. Another I to take a look into would be Scarecrone. Its draw ability may be underwhelming but it is a great recursion card for artifacts. And because you are running artifacts Sculpting Steel
Anyway, just a few ideas. This is the first deck I have looked into for both this commander and play style. It looks pretty solid so far. Best of luck in your EDH adventures.
I've recently build Kurkesh, but I have him built as more of a slow rolling awesome artifact synergies into going infinite. If that sounds like a thing that you'd like to do PM me and I'll gladly give you the list. But things that are absolute houses in the deck Codex Shredder: 5R: Return target card in your graveyard to your hand, return Codex Shredder to your hand. Mimic Vat: Getting dudes are good, especially in EDH and you can get other peoples dudes. Sensei's Divining Top1R: Draw a card. Dreamstone Hedron3Rt, Sac: Draw 6 cards. Also, lots of mana with Key + Kurkesh Penatavus Given enough time and mana, you'll never run out of dudes, or you'll have a huge Pentavus. Buried Ruin Gives us an artifact back, yes please. Eye of Ugin Tutor for all the artifacts.

Oh man, Goblin Charbelcher is a card I certainly overlooked, I knew it was a core piece of a Legacy deck, but I never actually looked at what it did. I'll certainly track one down.
Also I find Dreamstone Hedron be really effective, because 3R sacrifice tap :draw 6 cards is pretty ridic for mono red
I've already ordered Ashnod's Transmogrant as well as Thran Forge, which is pricier and only EOT, but abilities can stack without having to worry about untapping.

Codex Shredder looks like the card I've been looking for. I played 2 games with it tonight and won both, they were really fun and Kurkesh himself really got to shine. Even when he got tucked the artifacts continued to help themselves. Bargaining Table is really fun in the deck, and Salvaging Station moves you along so much quicker. Braid of Fire is also an all-star, allowing me to activate all my artifact abilities during my upkeep.
The weakness was that I had enough Instant/Sorcery recursion, and artifact recursion, but I couldn't get other cards back. Codex Shredder should solve that.
I also ordered a Sword of the Ages which should help pull off some pretty silly wins.

Liquimetal Coating on Krenko, Mob Boss, or Siege-Gang Commander is really fun. I also like using Slobad and Goblin Welder to flip cards like Spine of Ish Sah. Oh, also Goblin Rabblemaster has been a real all-star in this deck in you can get him out early.
