More mana doublers, like Heartbeat of Spring. I find with green, you need less cost reducers, as mana doublers and the extra untappers make this easy. Add Early Harvest. and Rude Awakening. And Woodland Guidance.
Updated the decklist, mainly with some of TheEndisNear's suggestions. I've decided to keep the deck somewhat budget, so some of the pricier cards that would be obvious inclusions aren't in (Mana Reflection, Seedborn Muse, etc.)

Now, if you've got mana doublers, Reality Spasm is cheap and might work. I used it in my Izzet deck and was pleasantly surprised by its power level.
How does the deck play? I've done tons of storm decks, but I want to try something different, and you just might be going in the direction I want to go. Less full blast storm and more answers.
Time Spiral may be pushing the limits of your budget restrictions but I see a remand in there so maybe not. Anyhow it's amazing for these kinds of lists.
Shrieking Drake is nice and cheap and lets you do crazy things with your storm count.
Capsize. I see cards which may already be able to go infinite with one another with storm count or mana production. In addition to being a reuseable bounce spell that hits everything, Capsize is also an excellent way to end things when you have infite resources.
I have updated this decklist. I still haven't actually built it, but in preparation for doing so I figured I needed actual win conditions other than Hunting Pack.
Any other ideas and suggestions are welcome. I haven't played Storm before so I may be missing some essentials, but I am also trying to keep the budget low on this deck. I already have some of the more expensive cards on the list (Remand, Seedborn Muse), but I am willing to shell out if the card seems exceptional (Palinchron).
You can use the big X draw spells/ brain freeze as win cons.
Self mill is not a problem. You should win if that happens.
Yeah, that is my current thinking. I believe I ended up cutting the beater I had in here (which ended up being Sturmgeist). If things are dire enough that I need to be beating face I have the mid-sized Palinchron to fall back on, though I am probably just losing if I need to attack with Palinchron.
I have updated the main post with my current list. I hope to play it a few times this weekend and find out what is working and what isn't.
Magus of the Candelabra seems like a good choice for doing degenerate things once you have doubled your mana once or twice. Also you need Time Spiral & Gush for more storm enabling

I know that "Casual Storm" is a bit of an oxymoron, but I thought it would be a fun way to make a UG deck that isn't identical to my Momir Vig list.
I'm also trying to keep this relatively budget, so I've cut some obvious inclusions like Mana Reflection.
Any feedback or suggestions are appreciated.

I'm glad for you, and imma let you finish, but the "i" is capitalized.

Have you playtested it?
Reality Spasm works well with Kruphix, I'll probably try it out.
EDIT:
I've been looking through some creatures to find a finisher, just in case, and I came across Pygmy Hippo.
Finding a spot for it now, (it actually isn't trash with Kruphix).
Shrieking Drake is nice and cheap and lets you do crazy things with your storm count.
Mystical Tutor can be found for under $5.00.
Capsize. I see cards which may already be able to go infinite with one another with storm count or mana production. In addition to being a reuseable bounce spell that hits everything, Capsize is also an excellent way to end things when you have infite resources.
Oh Rider, my heart will go on...
I added the boring but reliable Deadeye Navigator and Palinchron, as well as Blue Sun's Zenith.
I also wanted to add a decent beater to seal the deal after Temporal Fissure. Right now I have Overbeing of Myth in that slot, but I'm also thinking about Sturmgeist and Soramaro, First to Dream.

Should I be concerned about milling myself?
Self mill is not a problem. You should win if that happens.

Have you considered something like Elvish Spirit Guide? Shardless Agent can cascade into free spells. Anything with suspend such as Lotus Bloom might be worth a look.
