With M15 just coming out a few days ago (at the time of this post at least) I decided that I would give him a shot at the helm of a deck. So I'm hoping that I can get some suggestions and feedback on what changes should be made.
Gate to Phyrexia is a great removal card for Mono Black.Nirkana Revenant is also good if you want big mana. I would suggest expanding your mana base a little more with maybe a Strip Mine and if you can start collecting snow lands. With those cards, you can run things such as Mouth of Ronom and Scrying Sheets. If you can find a Demonic Tutor, that would help you get more reach.
Those are my suggestions from briefly scouring your list. I'm wondering exactly where is this deck going? With Ob at the helm, you basically just have a huge beater as your commander, which is totally fine. From what I can see, your plan is to ramp hard into bombs and just keep dropping threats. That's fine but add some versatility into the deck. You need some small dudes running around too. Bone Shredder and Big Game Hunter can replace some of our removal thats slightly sub par. Also, Hero's Demise is an awesome gem for killing other people's commanders. But you're on the right track. Keep updating this list. Try new things. Mono black is super awesome and has some options for building. Experiment with a couple of things, see what you like. Thats all the suggestions for now. Good luck and all the best!
rhakee has some wonderful suggestions. To add to them, I love Blade of the Bloodchief in any sacrifice-heavy deck, especially one trying to Voltron. Also, while less flashy than your "+X/+0" spells, I think more equipment (Sword of Feast and Famine or Sword of Vengeance) is better here.
For graveyard Sac + Recur shenanigans, it's hard to beat Gravecrawler, Nether Traitor, and Reassembling Skeleton. These cards can do some sick, sick things with Ashnod's Altar, Mikaeus the Unhallowed, Attrition, Skullclamp, Dictate of Erebos, etc., all while making Ob Nixilis game-endingly fat.
Have to second Reassembling Skeleton. It's is a nice recur-able creature that does mad work with things like Ashnod's Altar or Skullclamp. I'd go as far as saying it's one of the best cards in my Chainer deck, which also has a sacrifice theme.
Speaking of sacrificing, I'd recommend Phyrexian Altar. It's a little expensive, but being able to make colored mana is a huge plus, especially with things like the aforementioned skeleton. I'd also recommend Spawning Pit. As a sacrifice outlet, it's free and the creatures it makes can also be sacrificed to pump up Ob Nixilis.
As far as your removal goes, I'd recommend Murder over Eyeblight's Ending, since you'll never know when you'll need to kill an elf, like Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary or something. Murder is a good catch-all. Grave Pact is a cheaper (mana-wise) Dictate of Erebos, without flash of course but still effective. You can lock a table out of creatures, and by extension blockers, with it and the recurring creatures. Decree of Pain is a good mass removal spell that nets you insane card advantage most of the time.
I'd also consider adding Shizo, Death's Storehouse and Thespian's Stage to your lands. The first is another way to make Ob Nixilis evasive in a near-uncounterable way, and the latter is a second Cabal Coffers (or whatever else you want it to be). Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth is another good one, since it helps boost your Cabal Coffers. You could even add Filth to give all your creatures swampwalk when it's in play.
That's not how it works. Strata Scythe isn't based on type of land, but the name. Urborg doesn't pump the Scythe because Urborg doesn't change the name of lands, only the type.
As for the deck, it seems a bit unfocused to me. It looks like the main theme you want to go for is beatdown, with lots of equipment and some heavy hitters, but you have a smattering of off themes that aren't supported that well. You have a small sacrifice theme but not much support for it. I only count 4 ways to fuel Contamination or Dictate of Erebos. You have a few drain cards that don't really fit either. Why take Corrupt (a poor card in general for EDH) or Maga when you can replace both with Exsanguinate? Why use Sangromancer when you have zero ways to trigger the discard portion of the card? It's wasted value.
I would try to retool the deck around a heavy sacrifice theme. Endrek Sahr would play similarly, so you can look at some of those decklists for inspiration. Bring the full Black package: Reassembling Skeleton, Bitterblossom, Pawn of Ulamog are cards that you haven't included. Stuff that makes tokens repeatedly or can come back on its own is gold for this type of deck. Then add your sac outlets, so Phyrexian Altar, Attrition, Sadistic Hypnotist, Dimir House Guard (which can double as a tutor). You can even go dastardly with a small Stax package like Braids, Cabal Minion and Smokestack, both of which would feel right at home in this type of deck. It looks like you were looking at some lifegain cards to keep you afloat, so you can add Blood Artist and Falkenrath Noble. Not only will they provide life to fuel things like Phyrexian Arena/Underworld Connections/Necropotence (which you should probably add), they synergize with the sacrifice gameplan.
Last thing I want to touch on is the artifacts. I think you could use some more lower CMC ramp. I like Wayfarer's Bauble and Mind Stone, and I think Jet Medallion can be strong depending on how many artifacts you play (more = worse). I'd cut the equipment package in half; if commander damage is your primary win con, then Ob Nixilis doesn't need that much support. He can scale naturally with his +1/+1 ability. I like the focus on protecting him (to preserve counters) and less on mass pumps: cut Fireshrieker, Nim Deathmantle, Strata Scythe. Maybe Shield of Kaldra as well (it's pretty expensive and you aren't using the other pieces of the set). I like the Lashes because they're easy to play and equip on the same turn and provide a ton of P/T for the cost. Lashwrithe is a also a win con on its own. Swap two Swamps out for Rogue's Passage and Shizo, Death's Storehouse in case Ob's flying isn't doing the trick.

On another note, your removal seems a bit weak. Look into Silence the Believers, Attrition, Innocent Blood, Shriekmaw, Consuming Vapors, and Reckless Spite as some more powerful options (in addition to the aforementioned Bone Shredder).
Finally, Corrupt <<< Profane Command and Exsanguinate in Commander.
Hope that helps!

I second the recommendation of Demonic Tutor. You want things like Swiftfoot Boots or Dictate of Erebos every game, so the more tutors/draw, the better.
