This is a combo control Spellslinger Emblem Orzhov Oloro deck. huah...
Combo Control Spellslinger Emblem Orzhov Oloro
It wins by playing exhort cards, playing cantrips, gaining lots of life off them, and turning that life into cards. Nefarious Lich, and various black effects allow me to do that. The deck has a lot of draw, and lots of mana doublers.
So I played the deck yesterday, and realized it was missing something. The win condition is too incremental. I managed to kill two players at a table of 4, but the naya player (Who Avenger of ZendikarPurphoros, God of the Forge to bring everyone else down by 22) managed to beat me after I took care of the other two (I was at 15, went up to mid thirdties, while he was at high thirties and went down to the teens). I feel like the deck would gain from dropping the "bad" cantrips and maybe including more control. I currently have 12 cantrips, which gives me 12 slots. I'd like to keep the same amount of draw (I want to add more draw) and add more control or combo elements.
Thinking now: looking at the list of cards I was considering:
Vizkopa Confessor
Treasury Thrull
Onyx Talisman
Sanguine Bond
Exquisite Blood
Vizkopa Guildmage
Solemn Simulacrum
Tezzeret's Gambit
Necropotence
Bubbling Muck
Burst of Energy
Nefarious Lich
Lich
Deserted Temple
With the new direction the deck would be going Bubling Muck, Onyx Talisman, Burst of Energy are both "useless".
From here I am unsure with the removal of the cantrips.
Anyone got ideas? I could go control based (the board wipes would hinder me and I don't want to add blue). I could go more combo, possibly going to the point of adding the lich(s).
I run a heavy Exort theme in my Obzedat, Ghost Council deck. You can find the list here. That might give you more ideas.
Just out of curiosity, is your plan to never cast Oloro, Ageless Ascetic? The second ability is quite strong and doesn't need much to get going. Forsaking blue altogether seems like you are giving up a lot, especially given that you can play some of the best cantrips in Brainstorm, Ponder, Preordain, etc., no to mention that you can run better counterspells that Imp's Mischief and Withering Boon. If you really don't want to add blue then ignore this; I was just curious more than anything as to why you went that direction.

Snuff Out is better than Vendetta. Also, aren't you running any mana rocks besides doublers? I don't think there ever is a deck in which the right-coloured signets don't go in.
EDIT: hahahaha nevermind, didn't notice you were already running Snuff. What are your thoughts on Condemn?

Commander:GB Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord (list) - U Talrand, Sky Summoner - GRU Maelstrom Wanderer
Condemn seems fine, but when i think of the scariest creatures in commander, they arent the ones that attack. It's the ones that dont attack like prophet of Kruphix that are the scariest. However, I do like condemn as removal, and I'd like to include it.

Thoughts?
I recently cut it. Good point. I should put it back in. I'll add it to the list of cards I want in.
Yeah, it'd be the most expensive card in the deck. I don't think it's worth it at 8 mana.
I tried the deck on cockatrice. Works not bad. Not bad at all. I'll go ahead and order it today or tomorrow.
