I designed this deck to punish predictable combo decks and to give me the satisfying feeling of rendering my enemies too dumb to resist my control over the game. The main strategy of this deck is to win by annihilating my opponent's libraries, board states, and their plans to stop me. I'm open to things that can further this deck's gameplan. Especially things that crush the dreams of combo players > : )
I think while you are certainly on theme (bravo), you should cut about half of your combo dismantling pieces for things that advance your game plan to win or counters/better grave hate. While you are 100% effective at what you want to do, someone in your pod is going to be playing mayael or something and ruin your day.
To boot, Jeleva will mill out combo pieces and critical things naturally, so another way to do this is to ramp and play sac outlets and just try and cast her as many times as possible. It won't be too targeted, but most combo pieces need their counterpart to do enough to affect a game, so its kinda good enough.

Honestly, I like it. Yes, I'm a combo player and i think a matchup with a deck like this would be a challenging test. But, I HIGHLY recommend sorting your deck by function. It will make it considerably easier to critique, if that's your goal by posting this.
I do have a few suggestions though to start out with
You need more control. In addition to the more powerful counters, you want some stuff like Propaganda, Sunder, and Cyclonic Rift.
Dissipate - go big or go home. if you want to exile spells, go with Mindbreak Trap if you want efficiency you want Remand. But if you're intent on crippling combo decks, Mindbreak Trap and similar free counters are a must. They are one of the only things that stop a turn 1 win.

Thanks for your feedback. Especially the Academy Ruins and Jester's Cap bit because that is hilarious! I incorporated most of it so far. Still contemplating on where to fit in some more control stuff.

Jester's Cap + Academy Ruins - an incredibly evil library crippling engine.

Opportunity is bad. You want Careful Consideration, Compulsive Research, or Recurring Insight.
