I'm looking for feedback on what I believe to be a nearly complete sliver EDH deck that I've been completing for about 4 months now. When you make a suggestion, I'd really appreciate why you are suggesting it and what you'd remove to get your card in there. Some things about my style of play, I refuse to use infinite combos so I'm not interested in those components. I'm also not interested in getting the expensive fetch lands at this point.
It's a good way to always have the right color for your slivers, plus give them uncounterability (i don't know if this word even exists, but i believe you got it).
You don't have much in the way of giving your Slivers evasion outside of Pulmonic and Shifting. To help with this might I suggest either Galerider Sliver or Winged Sliver?
You could also add some redundancy. For instance, you already have Manaweft Sliver, so why not add in Gemhide Sliver as well?
To draw even more cards, there's Dormant Sliver and Opaline Sliver. Opaline helps you card-advantage wise if someone at the table decides to target one of your dudes with a piece of spot removal. Ward Sliver helps with protection too, and can serve as a kind of evasion.
Don't forget, you can also use Overlord to tutor up Changelings. I happen to like Amoeboid Changeling to steal opposing creatures and/or generals.
I personally feel Sedge Sliver is an upgrade over Clot Sliver. While the regeneration now costs a color rather than colorless, it's cheaper by 1 and Sedge grants another P/T boost on top of everything else.

I like the idea of removing Thorncaster Sliver because I never go searching for that sliver with the Sliver Overlord. I had cards in there like Survival of the Fittest before but they got cut because I always have plenty of mana to search with the Overlord. I used to have more evasion slivers but like before, I never found myself searching for them because they are (in my opinion) inferior/redundant to the shifting and pulmonic. I ended up replacing all those cards with ones that can bring my creatures back from the graveyards because I've found that playing slivers often makes me an immediate target (and rightfully so). As for the changelings, I feel they certainly have their place in my other decks but I want this deck to be slivers only.
I definitely am now going to purchase and add Cavern of Souls, Dormant Sliver, Sedge Sliver and Swords To Plowshares. I can't believe I forgot about Dormant and Sedge. Cavern makes perfect sense. And I don't know why I removed Swords instead of exile in the first place. Cards I'm going to remove are the Thorncaster, a swamp, and the Clot Sliver.
Thanks so much everyone for your feedback.

Oh, i almost forgot: Survival of the Fittest? Birthing Pod?

Other cards that could be removed/upgraded: Dregs of Sorrow to me seems like an inferior Decree of Pain, Exile is a lesser Swords to Plowshares, while Forcefield and Neurok Stealthsuit seem mediocre and could be replaced by some of the creatures I mentioned above.

Thoughts:
Cover of Darkness - nice global evasion for your team
Shared Animosity - hit harder
Call to the Kindred - free slivers
Druids' Repository - ramp + mana fixing
Descendants' Path - more free slivers
Hibernation's End - more tutoring
Proteus Staff - toolbox good for both your field and clearing problems
Other than that, changelings can be very good.
