I don't have enough posts to throw in a link, but there's a great Kaalia primer in this forum; I'd read it for some alternative ideas. As for my own ideas:
I almost always prefer Diabolic Tutor over Beseech the Queen. Yeah, the latter can cost one less mana, but it cripples your ability to fetch an early-game Iona or other finisher.
I would definitely try to make room for Disciple of Bolas, which loves Yosei, the Morning Star. Enough creatures in this deck hurt the most when they hit the battlefield or are much less useful after their first attack (ie. Rakdos); the Disciple is a great way to clean up after them.
Mana rocks are essential to winning quickly, so I wouldn't suggest cutting any. Jeweled Amulet is a decent turn one drop, too, but its effectiveness varies in my own Kaalia build.
I'm not sure about 2/3 of the swords / Batterskull / Stoneforge Mystic. Are you using Entomb for Anger? How reliable is it with the quantity of mountains in your deck? Personally, I'd rather run low-cost hand disruption spells and other ways to protect Kaalia (Mother of Runes, for example) than all of the above.
