I have been working on this mono-white Angel deck for a while after going for a green-white variant that seems to have land issues (it is extremely vulnerable to any card that punishes you for using a lot of non-basics). So here is my most recent itiration:
Well I can say this deck is pretty resilient against both mono-colored and multicolored decks. It's biggest weaknesses is blue with tons of control/counter spells and anything with a ton of board wipes and spot removal, unless Avacyn, Angel of Hope is on the board. Overall I am very impressed with this deck's performance, especially after removing a plains and adding a Sensei's Divining Top, basically card advantage with the white version of mana ramp.
I am trying to figure out how to work her in. Linvala makes an awesome general, as she shuts down a lot of other generals and creatures with activation abilities. I want to make sure the Iona is more of a surprise, like Avacyn. How would you work her in this deck?
Aether Vial really works best if you're running a mana curve in the deck with many, many creatures at the same cost. A quick look through your list looks like you currently have 2 creatures at 1, 3 @ 2, 3 @ 3, 3 @ 4, 4 @ 5, 6 @ 6, 2 @ 7, 2 @ 8, and 1 creature at 9 cmc. This is not even close to being a critical mass at any specific cmc. It also doesn't look like you're really trying to Flash utility creatures into play as a trick. You're probably better off just using a mana rock at this point (something like Worn Powerstone or Thran Dynamo). For something a little more high-impact, you could look at Caged Sun or Gauntlet of Might.
Demystify seems too low of a power level, with too much overlap from other removal spells in the deck. If you really feel like you must run another enchantment removal spell, try to use something that is going to exile rather than simply "destroy".
I'm not a big fan of Reinforcements, because it's not really giving you any real card advantage with the spell. Yes, you know that you're going to have some creatures in your next few draws, but it doesn't do anything to put a card directly into your hand or recur a creature directly to the battlefield. I think something like Karmic Guide would be on-theme for you, and something like Miraculous Recovery would probably also be quite good.
For a few other cards to consider, how about Guardian Seraph for some defense against tokens, Faith's Reward for protection against sweepers, Condemn or Crib Swap as targeted creature removal, and Exalted Angel as another worthwhile angel.
Also, was it intentional to run so few sweeper effects in the deck?

Wow, nice suggestions. Thank you for your help. I only had 1 sweeper, because I don't know what I should add/remove from the deck. I like Austere Command as a sweeper and Sunblast Angel is a shocker when someone goes alpha after clearing my board and they lose every tapped creature. What are your suggestions for sweepers?
I am going to try to get some of those cards that you have recommended when I can, especially Caged Sun, Karmic Guide, and Condemn or Crib Swap. I will also look into getting the two angels that you have mentioned as well. I really appreciate your help.

Well, to stay on theme, definitely look at Akroma's Vengeance. Austere Command is fantastic, because of the modality of the card. I also like plain old Wrath of God for its efficiency, and Rout & Fated Retribution as instant-speed options.
