Welcome to my newest deck, It's a work in progress but it is coming along nicely with my vision of Golgari.
Why Pharika?
Pharika is low impact, however she is cheap and gives you fair utility depending on how you use her. Oh and she is a 5/5 Indestructible beatstick as well.
I'm looking for suggestions on cards that will help smooth out this deck. It's meant to be a grindy board control deck that benefits from tight resource management. Some things like Sylvan Library and Survival of the Fittest are out of my budget at the moment, but they are considered as possible inclusions much later.
Some things I'm considering: Corpse Dance - To create a redundancy with DotD Azusa, Lost but Seeking - Cow + Strip Mine x3 per turn. Squandered Resources - Get the most out of my cards every time Cadaverous Bloom - Adding mana into DC can make or break you Garruk Wildspeaker - This deck can operate on Very little once it sets up, this can make tokens and/or give extra reach to minimal resources.

Do you plan on exiling your opponent's stuff most of the time with Pharika, or will you exile your creatures as well? If so, how much? I'm asking because if it's a fair amount of the latter you can probably get away with running some of the good Constellation cards i.e. Eidolon of Blossoms to take advantage of those Enchantment Snakes coming into play.
Alternatively, you can run something like Night of Souls' Betrayal or Curse of Death's Hold to eliminate the "drawback" of giving your opponents a snake when you exile things from their graveyard.
For smoothing deck the out, have you considered something like Abundance to serve as a poor man's Sylvan Library? Also, if you're running Forays, you need to run its best friend Bloodghast too.

Pharika's ability is more or less a pressure valve for games. I can use her to shut off reanimator decks by giving them a 1/1 token instead of the game breaking bomb they are trying to cheat into play. I can also use her to turn a used up resource like STE/Farhaven/Reaper into Braids/Stack food. I overlooked Bloodghast mostly because my set is in my Legacy deck, but I pulled one for this.
I will pick up an Abundance and work it in the list on Wednesday. If I can get a Squandered Resources and/or Bloom I'll add Contamination and Ritual of Subdual for more mana disruption. I have been considering an Orb package since I run the Muse to make it one sided but that would not fit the overall theme and playstyle of the deck. Mind Slash and Descent into Madness have been on my maybe list though.

I really like Pharika, but the way i see it, i think Savra would be a better commander for this deck. I know she bring more attention, but with a stax/attrition deck like you have, she will be very effective. And Pharika's ability would not be very usefull since Braid dont really want you to give creature token to your opponent...
In that case, a necrogenesis would be better, since you remove your opponent's creatures and you get the tokens to sacrifice for attrition.
Also, with all those tokens, maybe you could use a doubling season or such.
