I've tried to fiddle around with Isperia the Inscrutable, and it has been difficult. With many loops to jump through (as expected of an Azorius Sphinx) to get what you want, I've given her plenty of double strike, bounce, and utility creatures to toy with. There is a small control sub-theme as well. Please, review, critique, and let me know what you think!
+1 on Wandering Eye; such a great little card for Isperia :).
Frequently "top of deck" manipulation and clutch bounce spells are just as good as outright Telepathy for our favorite Sphinx. Bounce is a little dicey in multiplayer and you already have the best spells, but I'd consider Curfew, Capsize and Riftwing Cloudskate as well as stuff like Zur's Weirding and Spin into Myth. Crystal Shard and Erratic Portal are also great multi-function cards in this kind of deck.
I usually feel like if you want to be a "control" deck you want a minimum of 7 counters in your list. To that end, I'd supplement your current stock with some combination of Memory Lapse, Remand, Hinder, Cryptic Command, and Draining Whelk.
How to make room for all that stuff? Well, I have a few ideas off the cuff in order of "best cuts" to "more questionable" cuts:
1) You're running a lot of board-wipes for a sort of "aggro-control" deck. I'd drop down to just one or two, and probably choose more focused or one-sided ones like Kirtar's Wrath or Austere Command.
2) I don't think this deck needs mana badly enough to justify the inclusion of Gilded Lotus and Thran Dynamo. I don't think it craves any artifact badly enough to justify running Fabricate. Stoneforge Mystic is > Steelshaper's Gift although I am not convinced it is essential either.
3) You need to commit to the Trinket Mage plan (likely finding room for Relic of Progenitus, Seat of the Synod, Ancient Den, Skullclamp, etc.) or drop him. Sol Ring and Sensei's are obviously great cards to have redundancy in finding, but I don't think he's doing enough currently.
4) I feel like True Conviction and Sphinx Ambassador are a little greedy, even for this deck.
5) I think you're working too hard to make everything have flash, and it isn't necessary. I'd drop this theme. That's more personal taste than sound tactical advice though. If you insist, I'd strongly consider finding room for Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir.

Finally, you seem to be lacking good early-game fliers. In addition to the aforementioned ones in my and Ulka's post, you could consider Wispmare, Warden of Evos Isle, Flickerwisp, Squall Drifter, Aven Riftwatcher, or any number of white/blue defenders.
