I've been working on this deck for awhile now, and it has become one of my favourites. The deck plays like a monoblack control, effectively keeping the board clear while your opponent draws dead on an empty hand so that you can go nuts, either with multiple weenie attacks,or one big crushing finisher.
Shirei is quite possibly the best commander for a weenie deck, making it nearly impossible for your opponents to wipe the board. You also get to constantly recur abilities that are typically one-shot, which end up being ridiculously OP when used 3+ times.
-You like to control the boardstate
-You like a high amount of Synergy in the deck
-You like to win
-You prefer aggro to control
-Sacrficing creatures makes you sad
-You like a well-balanced game where everyone gets to throw their stuff out and see what happens
-You like to lose
How to use the deck:
The object of the deck is pretty simple. Throw little guys out, sac them off to do good things, and bring them back with Shirei every turn. Your tutors should be used to grab either protection for Shirei, or, if you already have it or don't need it, Grave Pact.
Notable synergies: Grave Pact and any of the weenies will make your opponents cry tears. Every time you sac a dude (and you will. A lot.), your opponents have to follow suit. This is great for dealing with pesky hexproof generals, and even opposing weenie decks, as you will simply be killing so many creatures, your opponent won't be able to keep up. Your little guys also make for great blockers.
Thoughtpicker Witch. This is your main hand control. You get to go through the next couple cards of their library, and exile all but 1. Stop board wipes, yard wipes, and tucks before they happen. Mana flood (or screw) your opponents as much as you want.
Crypt Rats. Badass board wipe which only you recover from. Recommend Darksteel plate on Shirei before attempting.
Urborg Justice. Only got half their creatures with this run of sacs? No problem. Double up on the death count with a little justice.
Contamination. Game-winner against non-black decks. Not like you'll be running out of creatures to sac anytime soon.

Corrosive Mentor/Fume Spitter + Necroskitter. The only thing better than killing off big guys with little ones is taking control of those big guys upon death.

Skirsdag High Priest. 5/5 flyer every turn. 'nuff said.
