Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think I see a single card in there that draws you cards. (Browbeat doesn't really count - almost no one will let you draw from it.) You are going to be going into topdeck mode very quickly, and as soon as someone uses a Wrath you will be in big trouble. Add some cards like Skullclamp, Mind's Eye, Slate of Ancestry, and Knollspine Dragon ASAP. You also might like cards like Wheel of Fortune and Reforge the Soul. Regardless, you need ways to keep the gas coming.
Remember that EDH is a 40-life, multiplayer format - to win, you might have to deal up to 80 or 120 points of damage! In that context, and in a format full of beefy creatures, cards like Lightning Strike and Hellspark Elemental aren't that great. You're also running some terribly overcosted cards like Survey the Wreckage, and some cards that don't really do anything for your deck, like Chromatic Sphere. Oh, and 45 lands is 6-10 too many.
Remember, an EDH deck has to "scale up" - if you try to play like a regular RDW or burn deck, throwing away resources to barely get your opponent down to 0, you are gong to lose. If I were you, I would go full-on Goblin Tribal - use cards like Slate of Ancestry and Goblin Ringleader to gain advantage, and cards like Shared Animosity, Door of Destiny, and Coat of Arms to make your goblins exponentially more dangerous. You also want lots of cards that make tokens so you can trigger Purphoros as many times as possible.
As a connoisseur of fun, interesting matches, I still to this day have not been able to craft that "perfect deck"; the deck that I can play and have fun over time, doesn't get boring, but simultaneously is fun to play against. I honestly don't think it exists. It's like a unicorn. A ninja unicorn.
Uberdylan, thanks for the advice! I will most likely be adding in scullclamp and knollspine dragon. Also, how does tempt with vengaence sound? I also don't know if I want to go the goblin tribal route.
Purphoros = you want to spit out creatures like nobodies business. I agree and think you should go the goblin route, or if you are dead set against that, you need to look at cards that will spit out creatures/tokens for you to trigger Purphoros.
Obviously some cards are better than others, and there are probably worthwhile cards I missed, but thats a pretty good list of token producing cards. Its also important to note, a lot of these cards are goblin makers. I would suggest considering goblin tribal again
Even if you're not going Goblin tribal, Siege-Gang Commander is still a nice value card with your commander, and to a lesser extent so is Beetleback Chief
Since the idea behind Purphoros is to crank out a lot of creatures anyway, look at the primer for Márton Stromgald in the sticky at the top of the forum. The two commanders are essentially trying to do the same thing, for the most part, so you can probably find some ideas there.
Now that I thought about it, Increasing Vengeance might be interesting. Copying something like Goblin Rally would net you 8 tokens, and 16 damage to each opponent for 7 mana.
I would look at cranking out tokens by:
-spells (instants, sorceries) that put 2 tokens for a low cost, or at least 3 tokens for a higher cost
-creatures with an ETB effect that produces tokens (siege gang, myr battlesphere and the like), and creatures like Wurmcoil Engine and Mogg War Marshal that create tokens upon ETB or dying/leaving the battlefield.
-enchantments/artifacts that can create tokens every turn (by tapping and/or paying).
-lands that can produce a token every turn.
I just made a deck with this commander and I love it. Off the top of my head firecat blitz is insane. Tempt with Vengeance is awesome also. I think you need some more ramp overall. Ramp is always good in this deck: faster commander, few expensive spells, insane with X spells
