No comments about what you feel is working / not working for you? Alright, I'll give you my first impressions of it. Your creature suite is alright. I think it could definitely use Seedborn Muse, though. If you want this list to be truly competetive, it needs to be faster. More ramp is definitely called for, besides the two ramping guys you have now. Nature's Lore, Search for Tomorrow, Solemn Simulacrum, Selesnya Signet, Orzhov Signet, and Golgari Signet for starters. You need more tutors, too. Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, and Eladamri's Call all serve me very well in my Ghave deck. Diabolic Intent will, too, once I get one. The mana base needs better cards... Boseiju is kind of silly in a list like yours.. as it stands you only have a few spells that it can even
work for. The benefit of an uncounterable tooth and nail is outweighed by how often Boseiju will hurt you by being CIPT. I understand it's a pet card for some people though, the only way I'd run it is in a VERY blue-heavy metagame. CIPT lands are okay for the first few, but more than three and you'll really start feeling the lag, especially in Ghave, and especially the way you've constructed it, all in on the token production. That would be the first place I'd start if you want to start shaping a competetive list. The pain lands are a decent enough compromise if you can't afford ABU duals, also the filter lands. Any of those are upgrades over a guildgate, or junk like Graypelt Refuge. In fact the only CIPT lands I'd run in Ghave would be Murmuring Bosk, which you have, and MAYBE Oran-Rief, the Vastwood. Ghost Quarter should be Strip Mine immediately.
For cuts I'd suggest, well, the banned Sylvan Primordail, sub-par tutors like Diabolic and Increasing Ambition, and cute stuff like Obzedat's Aid and Vigor Mortis. Primal Vigor will hurt you at times. Phantom Nishoba is cute, and even cuter with Reveillark, but is just a big dumb beater ultimately. Rampaging Baloths I tried, and they're just too slow. I liked Emeria Angel much better when I had that. Artisan of Kozilek just isn't optimal, either. I used to play Thelonite Hermit, but again, he's slow. Creatures that require a turn to "set up" are generally not good enough for a competetive list. (Baloths also falls into this category). Symbiotic Wurm is cutesy but not good, either. Most people run exiling creature removal. Darksteel Ingot is a slow mana rock when you have many better options available to you. Elixir of Immortality is just filler in this list, it neither advances your board state nor provides you card advantage, I'd cut it.
Anyways, good luck with your Ghave list, I'll check back later on. In the meantime, find U-571's primer on Ghave, he has some very effective combo wins in his list.

Also, for Ghave, I've very often found my best cards to be my planeswalkers. I run Garruk, Primal Hunter, Elspeth Tirel, and Elspeth, Knight-Errant.
