I am in the process of creating a multi-player Melek, Izzet Paragon list. Me being new to the Commander Format, I am not really good at deck building. The list is in need of thinning and the mana base is still unclear. My local playgroup is definitely geared towards more fun decks and I would like to continue that. The deck is meant to be fairly budget and any expensive cards that are in my list are there because I already own then. I've watched threads in the forums here for a while and believe that this is the place to ask for help. Any specific items to cut? Thank you in advance for any assistance.
Deck is 66 Cards before Lands. I figure that for this deck, around 36 Lands may be a correct number. I just need to figure out what needs to be cut now. Any help is appreciated.
Radiate: Either turns targeted removal into a massive board wipe, or makes cards like Bribery awesome. On that note... Bribery and Acquire: Your opponents run good stuff. Use them. Wild Richochet/Swerve: Depending on how much you want to pay, you can run either or both. Reins of Power: Serves as a Fog on your opponents' turn, and, as long as you don't have a mess of creatures, a single-target Insurrection on yours.
And my personal favorite from my own Melek deck: Amnesia. Because nothing says "wait what" like blue mass discard.

My Melek list is really different from yours, I went to route of just running pretty much all instants/sorceries, ramp, and four combo spells to win. I basically just control/survive long enough until I can start chaining extra turns until I can get to my combo pieces.
