The idea is to be an ETB deck with some control components, to take advantage of Roon's ability, and keep the board state in my favor. The untapping component is there to allow use of Roon's ability multiple times.
Main concerns
1. Not enough ETB creatures/effects, AND
2. Too much counter/targeted removal. The idea is to have it be focused on the ETB creatures, but I was just having a hard time figuring out exactly what to add/remove, and kept leaning on control/removal. I'm wondering if I should just make it into a control focused deck with some ETB support on the side.
3. Not enough ETB trigger support. Having Roon as the general solves a lot of that problem, still not sure if what I have is enough.
4. Playing around Sliver decks. That's the reason I have Mirror Entity and am considering Chameleon Colossus. They're not a huge problem in my area, but it's always annoying to have someone show up with one and make the game completely boring.
5. Too little mass removal vs. targeted. This is supposed to be more for multiplayer than 1 on 1.
I built a lot of the deck with what I had on hand, and have only been playing since around Alara Reborn, so there are a ton of cards I'm simply not aware of. Thanks for any help.
[EDH] It's built to be a casual format and to a specific vision, and if you don't like the vision, there's nothing wrong with that, but it's not going to change to accommodate everyone. Big tent is not a goal.
That gives you something to start with. I have a friend in my meta that plays a well tuned Roon, and its devastating, if we don't cripple him by turn 7 or so, he becomes unstoppable.

Curious about Pucatrade, the BEST way to trade cards online? If interested, please try my link: https://pucatrade.com/invite/gift/19129. Thanks.
Bant isn't my strong suit, but the list looks pretty tight. I like the etb effects you got going on.
Chameleon Colossus will be chump blocked all day and adds no functionality to Roon.
Venser Shaper Savant and Deadeye Navigator wins games.
Mystic Snake and Deadeye Navigator can stall for quite a while until you get Venser.
Voidslime is the best counter in the game.
Derevi, Empyrial Tactician is great as a general but horrible as a 99.
Murkfiend Liege is the worst of the Prophit of Kruphix/Seedborn Muse type cards.
I would probably run Ghostway and Momentary Blink before I would run Conjurer's Closet
