I don't play EDH very frequently. Some friends want to start playing it more, so I put this together out of what remains of my collection (I stopped playing competitively a few years ago) plus a few dollar rares from my LGS. I just want to play with some sweet value dudes, and Sedris seems like a perfect fit for that.
Demon of Death's Gate is neat, but I fear I don't play enough black creatures to reliably cheat him into play. Also, he's just a big dude. I want to get value out of my dudes.
Thraximundar is kinda sweet, though. I'll look for one.
I recommend adding a Deadeye Navigator. The Soulbond trigger replaces Unearth's exile effect, allowing you to keep your Unearthed creatures for an extra 1U. Since you're running so many ETB-effect creatures, he's an excellent addition to the deck. I like him more than Teferi's Veil and Sundial of the Infinite because those cards don't do too much on their own. Granted, DEN needs stuff as well, but he's a bit easier to justify since he can swing and be resurrected whereas the other two cannot.
I'll try to find copies of Teferi's Veil and Sundial of the Infinite. They seem pretty gimmicky, but they could be fun. I'd at least like to try them out.
I've played a few games with the deck now and believe it has more than enough fixing, so I'm cutting the painlands (for which I have an intense dislike).
I think I'm going to figure out a few of the larger creatures to cut in favor of some cheaper spells or more mana rocks to make the early game smoother.
It's an interesting coincidence that you just did a big update here.
I've been working on a Sedris primer thread that I was just getting ready to bump up, to get it a bit of attention and feedback before I try to apply for official primer status with it.
You can find it here, if you want to take a look and/or leave some feedback
i would suggest a Helvault, as its first ability acts as a second Dead-Eye Navigator allowing you to reuse creatures after they have been unearthed, as well as having a huge board state after a board clear. Its second ability its a great removal mechanic if you need to get rid of something asap.
Demonic Tutor is usually an auto-include for me in any black deck, even with all your creature tutors.
Depending on your meta, Tower of the Magistrate can be a life saver against most voltron decks, as you can target their commander and all the equipment will fall off for the turn, if you think you can spare the colorless mana.

Helvault seems slow and difficult to get value out of. This deck doesn't have many ways to remove artifacts. Conjurer's Closet seems like a better idea to me.
As for infinite combos, my metagame isn't exactly the most cutthroat. It's really just my friends and I playing a few games to relax or socialize rather than compete. I know it would be easy to make this deck a lot more consistent by finding room for the infinite Pestermite/Deceiver Exarch combo (or Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion), but that's not something I plan on doing right now.

Oh, and of course you'll need to put in Thraximundar, especially if you plan to use sac outlets.

Some other cards you might consider are Unfulfilled Desires, Cauldron Dance, and Steam Augury.
I'll try to find copies of Teferi's Veil and Sundial of the Infinite. They seem pretty gimmicky, but they could be fun. I'd at least like to try them out.
Unfulfilled Desires is cool. I'm thinking about running that and/or Mental Discipline over Compulsive Research and/or Thirst for Knowledge. Compulsion has been pretty good in the few games I've played so far, so it might be worth including more of that style of effect. It's an idea.

Lastly, depending on how you feel about going infinite, I would include at least one combo with Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, such as Pestermite, Intruder Alarm, or Zealous Conscripts for those games you cant win normally due to a combo deck or Bojuka bog or whatever
