If I may suggest using the [deck.] [/.deck] code around your decklist it makes it alot cleaner and all around easier to follow.
About the deck Its a interesting concept, quite a bit of control happening here. I feel you have a flavor of all the good control aspects, alot of counter abilties. What is your meta like is it very cutthroat? Otherwise I can see this deck durdling alot as you are just waiting for things to counter.
I would recommend dropping the mana leak, I don't like soft counters in this format because they are very iffy after the early stages; you might also look into Braids, Cabal Minion as a way to keep some pressure on, it shouldn't hurt you too much with all of your token makers.
