I have looking a long time for a Jund General that could appease my love of sacrifice. I have been playing Thraximundar for a while but once Shattergang Brothers was leaked I knew it would be a quick switch from blue to green.
The deck has many routes to victory however I usually only go the combo route if the game is running too long via Tooth and Nail (Mike/Trike, Kiki-Jiki/Conscripts). The deck usually wins by grinding. Not coming out of the gates but slowly controlling the board with an end game of Kokusho or Avenger of Zendikar. I have killed a few opponents with General damage as there is often no creatures to block. I have since added more combo routes that include cards that are still good without comboing out like Ashnod's Altar, Nim Deathmantle and Murderous Redcap. I have included more cards that help me search for the creature combos again without being bad themselves i.e. Fierce Empath and Netherborn Phalanx.
Corpse Dance is the "card" people know me by. It just wins if not countered and I have a Sac Outlet.
I would love to hear thoughts from all of you and constructed criticism is always welcome.
I present to you SHATTERGANG BROTHERS: BLOWING UP THE BATTLEFIELD!
I really like Rancor as reusable enchantment sac fodder a little bit of power and evasion if it stays on the board for a while. Looks like you have so pretty nice enchantments that you would probably like to keep around.
Edit: Never mind, apparently I fail at reading, its the first enchantment you listed >.<
I have made a ton of changes to the deck. The deck is currently undefeated at 7-0. It has won many games through attrition (not the card) and comboing out if necessary. The deck is mainly a ETB toolbox deck with lots of synergy.
congrats on being 7-0. I am unfortunately not that lucky. I like your deck. I like the way you took it with ETB. Its also nice to have the Trisky-Mike and Kiki-Conscripts combo if needed. Do you use Netherborn Phalanx alot. I have always found Dimir House Guard to be a better transmute card. Plus a better ability if you hard cast. IMO I would just rather get Oracle or Pact than Mike or Massacre Wurm. (I guess tutoring for the wurm would be nice )

I like the twist on the ability. I don't like Netherborn Phalanx or Grey Merchant of Asphodel. I would suggest Erratic Portal. Grave Titan and Nim Deathmantle are both pretty good in this deck.
Funny. I actually did make the switch from Netherborn Phalanx to Dimir House Guard and didn't update the list. I thought Netherborn would be good in my meta as there are a few token decks..but overall meh. It was also there to search up Trike or Mike or as Toolbox kinda like Fierce Empath..but overall not impressed.
So far the factor with the wins in my deck..is that I don't get focused on to much unless I have a hate card out...like Grave Pact..my group hates that card...otherwise I look pretty harmless overall and just stick around grinding and grinding. I have been afraid of a few planeswalkers that have hit the battlefield..since I have next to no way to get rid of them.
As for Grey Merchant. I have been actually surprised by his success I would even go far as being better than Kokusho most of the time. I have netted more than 10 devotion numerous times..plus having him in a sac loop is crucial. I have netted 21 devotion once after a Living Death.
Also this ups my devotion. Grey Merchant is wreaking houses. Got the Corpse Dance Grey Merchant loop going and was gaining 14 a turn. Took 3 turns to kill 3 opponents.
I've built a Prossh, Skyraider of Kher deck that's looking to do some of the same things this deck is trying to do and I've had a lot of success with Heartless Summoning. The -1/-1 hasn't hurt me all that much and has even been a benefit a couple times when I've played a creature that normally has two toughness and then got to Clamp that creature. And two less mana for my creatures has been a huge boon. One mana Fleshbag Marauder? Two mana Graveborn Muse? Three mana Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker? It's done work.
This has grown to become one of my favorite EDH decks. I started with the idea of using a a lot of act of treason type of effects but cut most of them in favor of real cards. Now I play a stacks version with lots of token production, planeswalkers, a birthing pod package, and all the blood moon effects. I have a few cards with good synergy in my version of the deck like perilous forays and bloodghast. Combine that with either pawn of Ulamog, Lotus Cobra, or earthcraft which are all good cards on there own and its hard to lose. It that Betrays is insane in this deck as well as pattern of rebirth. One of the cards from the precon box that has really shined as a fun tool is Foster.

Cards I am thinking about are Falkenrath Aristocrat for another sac outlet and Murderous Redcap for another combo outlet. Mindslicer is a maybe too.
Changed out:
- Rancor (was cute, got 2 for 1 twice)
- Nihil Spellbomb
- Ashnod's Altar
+ Murderous Redcap
+ Attrition (non black decks on the rise)
+ Mindslicer
Also this ups my devotion. Grey Merchant is wreaking houses. Got the Corpse Dance Grey Merchant loop going and was gaining 14 a turn. Took 3 turns to kill 3 opponents.
