Hey guys I got myself the power hungry commander deck as I thought it has a neat concept to it and IM also new to EDH. So I really need your guys help anyways heres the decklist that I made by using the Pre-Con deck.
You've made some progress on improving the deck, but it still could use some work. I'm working on about the same budget as you, and my deck is the best I've ever played. It wins 65% of the games it plays, regardless of number of players. When I was first playing it, I found that it had too many insignificant effects and small creatures. It gave you more things to do in the first few turns, but that time is better spent ramping anyway. It also needed more focus, which your deck still needs some improvement on.
Here's what I would take out, and what I would put in in it's place:
Hua Tuo, Honored Physician: I understand why you want to keep this in, but it just isn't quite good enough. If you're looking for recursion, I'd go for Whip of Erebos. I have actually yet to test this card, but I can tell it will go well. It's low on life gain, and if their is a long game, then it will come in handy. It's recursion let's you reuse ETB effect like Chancellor's, or Craterhoof Behemoth's.
Inferno Titan: This I would take out for Craterhoof Behemoth. It's a great card, but just doesn't really synergize with the deck. Craterhoof is a >$5 card, but it is perfect for the deck.
Korozda Guildmage: Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord A much more valuable card in the deck. Korozda is very good, but Jarad's ability to drain everyone's life will win you many games. Especially when you attack, but it's not enough to kill everybody, so you sac a pumped Prossh, hitting everybody for 20.
Reaper of the Abyss: A better card for when you will be having more than one death a turn is Butcher of Malakir. It let's you do a one-sided board wipe, and make everyone hesitate before playing a creature.
Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper: A good general in itself, but very inadequate when most of you're deaths will and should be tokens. Food Chain combos infinitely with just Prossh, so it is definitely a must-include.
Stalking Vengeance: This just isn't good enough, especially when many of you're creatures have no power. A good replacement would be Tooth and Nail. This card lets you tutor and play Craterhoof and Chancellor, which almost always will win the game.
Tymaret, the Murder King: This isn't good in multiplayer. It doesn't have enough effect to be relevant to the game. A better choice would be Skullclamp, an auto-include in any sac deck, for obvious reasons.
Emrakul's Hatcher: Another effect that is just too small. I would add instead Beastmaster Ascension. This is too good not to include, as it makes Prossh and just his kobolds hit for 40 damage.
Mass Mutiny: While this is a good card, Rune-Scarred Demon is better. This is a good start for the tutors you are going to need, especially since you can search it up with Tooth and Nail. And it is a pretty formidable creature.
Savage Twister: If your going to have a board wipe, this is not the one to have. Maybe a Starstorm, or Plague Wind. Insurrection is effectively a one-sided board wipe if you have a sac outlet.
Scarland Thrinax: This is another effect that is just too small. As a different Token generator, I would add Saproling Symbiosis, as it doubles your creatures and can be an instant.
Siege-Gang Commander: You don't have enough goblins for this to be very useful (I really wish Prossh made Goblins instead of Koblolds!). In this slot, I would add Shared Animosity. It turns your army in to almost a one-hit, and if you have a token doubler, it's pretty absurd.
Mycoloth: I was really tempted by this card as well. It seems so good to get your tokens back over and over again. The problem is, it's too slow and vulnerable. If someone kills it, you've lost all your tokens, and it will be 2 turns before you get to use them anyway, unless you have haste. so instead, as you need more removal, I would add Beast Within.
There is more I could take out, but if I build your deck for you then you'll never understand it. By now you probably get basically what I'm trying to accomplish by the changes I made. Just remember to take out small, weak effects for bigger stronger ones. As a general suggestion for further changes, you should try to add more Overrun effects (not Overrun, it's really weak), some more removal, some better token makers, and some haste enablers. I'm also thinking about replacing these cards too - Capricious Efreet, Curse of Chaos, Dirge of Dread, Terra Ravager, Huo, Honored Physician, Fell Shepherd, Silklash Spider, Walker of the Grove. These are not in the decklist but I need these replaced. What other changes would you guys make?
I also like to mention that Im willing to spend around $150 to make this deck more playable. So Far I've used $50.

Nath of the Gilt-Leaf also makes a combo with Sadistic Hypnotist, while being a decent token generator on his own.
Lyzolda, the Blood Witch, AKA the original Tymaret. Always good with things that make tokens, particularly black ones.
