This deck ramps harder than some green decks (you know, as long as they are snake tribal or something like that) and it has been doing fairly well for me recently on MODO and IRL. I thought I would share it and try to get some feedback on it. It used to have a dragon package, including things like Utvara Hellkite and Scourge of Valkas, but I took all but the most synergistic out for now because I am looking to make it more Voltron and less threatening early game. Additionally, I would love to make a pure dragon deck in the future, so those will definitely be more useful in their own dedicated home
A little background: I built this deck because I was looking for a budget EDH deck on MODO. I then preceded to build it in real life and spend way too much money on it in both real life and online.
Some of the all-stars in this deck are Basilisk Collar, Repercussion, and Trading Post. If one of my doublers stick, I will take over the game.
The basic strategy is pretty easy: Play Ashling and keep 6 mana open at every point in the game. Some neat interactions arise from there, for example Everflowing Chalice and Contagion Engine. My record is 18. This is all above and beyond what your main goal is, however:
1. Blow up the world with a big Ashling
2. ???
3. Profit!
*Note: I have used Swords on MODO, mainly to prevent Ashling from blowing herself up. It's almost too easy.
I'd love some input from other mono-red players on anything techy I can include as well as anything that looks like it just doesn't fit. I can't say I will take your advice (I sometimes fall in love with cards) but I will take it into consideration. The only rule: 25 MOUNTAINS!
EDH
(paper) Competitive Prime Speaker Zegana - Explosive Ashling
(MODO) Kangee, Aerie Keeper Bird Tribal - Sisters of Stone Death Lady Tribal - Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge something or another - Isperia Supreme Judge Control
My buddy runs an Ashling deck, and has had a lot of success with Scythe of the Wretched, Magebane Armor, and the Swords you already mentioned. I'd recommend giving them consideration.

I understand you want the 25 mountains, but you could consider more, it makes the doublers better. (Including extraplanar lens and gauntlet of might (bit expensive, but totally worth it for this deck) ) also, koth of the hammer will be a pretty good card then.
Some other ideas: karn liberated Just more (enchantment) removal chandra ablaze A lot of mana, but I noticed the draw 3 can bring you back in the game at times, and destroy others. gamble It's a gamble but usually gives you what you want mind's eye wheel of fortune reforge the soul more draw in red thran dynamo not colored, but a big jump in mana heartstone just awesome with ashling, easy to get her big again after dying.
I have been tuning my list for some time, but I'll be using some of your ideas
How is stuff like argentum armor and sword of kaldra working for you??
I play 75 mountain ashling. I didn't read your list because it's organized by card type, so I might cover some stuff you're already doing.
You should definitely run Flamekin Harbinger because your general is pretty important to the function of your deck. If you run that, you should think about running lightning serpent because it's basically a fireball you can tutor with your harbinger.
Magebane Armor is awesome because it lets you pop off ashling mutliple times on a single casting from the command zone. It's optional if you are already running Red/White and Red/Blue sword as well as darksteel plate.
A friend of mine recently introduced me to Ion Storm, which has obviously applications in this kind of deck. It's especially useful late game, as sometimes ashling gets big enough that she'd kill you if she went off. It lets you fine-tune the explosion while still swinging in for lots of damage.
Don't know about the harbinger.. I tried it in the past, but didn't encounter enough tuck, so it was usually a dead card. If Ashling was tucked, I was never lucky enough to get the harbinger.

Ion storm is kind of interesting, blowing up myself is a known problem
Part of the value of harbinger is the alternative targets you run (ingot chewer and/or stingmoggie, lightning serpent, and stigma lasher). Again, your list doesn't have stuff broken up by role, so like... I don't know what you use to do those jobs, but you could be using elementals.

Awesome list!
This is the first time I see a list this close to my own!
scythe of the wretched has definitely been awesome for me as well.

Some other ideas:
karn liberated Just more (enchantment) removal
chandra ablaze A lot of mana, but I noticed the draw 3 can bring you back in the game at times, and destroy others.
gamble It's a gamble but usually gives you what you want
mind's eye
wheel of fortune
reforge the soul more draw in red
thran dynamo not colored, but a big jump in mana
heartstone just awesome with ashling, easy to get her big again after dying.
I have been tuning my list for some time, but I'll be using some of your ideas

Magebane armor was good, but feels so much weaker then the swords or Darksteel plate
