Solemn Simulacrum is deceptively bad. With a CMC of four, its common that he'll be the only spell you get to cast that turn, and he's unlikely to trade with creatures in Commander. (Oracle is also a bit iffy, but her ability to generate enormous amounts of card advantage makes her just fine in my book.)
In his place, I recommend Harmonize. In Commander, drawing two cards is usually better than ramping and getting a 2/2. Plus, you get the third card immediately.
Vorinclex and Mana Reflection don't have a lot of use because you don't draw enough cards to spend all the mana they generate. At the same time, Planar Portal and Increasing Ambition are very expensive. So it works out if you draw one from each pair, but individually they aren't effective.
Instead, I would focus on drawing more cards, which will give you both the creatures and the mana you desire.

These cards are barely decent early game, and pretty awful lategame with the exception of FW.
all give way more bang for your buck.

help make sure you don't run into the classic ramp deck problem (all mana, or all fatties).
Hope that helps!
