This is my favorite EDH. The idea is to generate a lot of tempo/card advantage with Edric and small creatures in the early game, generating several turns as quickly as possible. Also, it's just fun to kill people with Flying Men.
As always, comments and feedback appreciated. If you have a suggestion for the deck please also offer advice for what to cut and why.
28 creatures seems too low to me tbh, you want to constantly keep drawing enough to play more every turn. Birds of Paradise doesn't even do damage.
I don't think Blighted Agent is that great either as you don't really plan on hitting someone 10 times with it, rather a one time Triumph of the Hordes.
Feel free to have a look at my list via the link in my sig, I'm sure it will provide you with a lot of suggestions (such as Beastmaster Ascension, Biomass Mutation and much more).

I've actually never had trouble getting enough creatures to at least Ancestral Recall every turn. Also, I'm intentionally keepig the curve as low as humanly possible.
Agent isn't even designed to get there with infect, he's just there to get 1 unblockable damage in.
I considered cards like Ascension and Mutation, but ultimately I take enough turns where I get there without them.
On the Vial: It's been great, as it ensures that I resolve creatures in a timely fashion to get there with Edric draws. It also allows for creature drops when mana is tight for Time Walks.
As to Stifle/Trickbind they've been great. One of the most difficult cards for this deck is the cycle on Decree of Pain, and this helps us counter it.
The list will likely add more 1/1s for 1-2 with evasion as they're printed, but no other creatures will likely make it into this list.
Although harder to cast, I'd recommend Voidslime just because you can use it as a plain Counterspell too.
It was in here, but it was cut for tempo. Apart from timewalks, nothing in this deck costs more than 2 mana to cast. It has been really effective since it can get off the ground and start winning before a lot of decks can get going.
Beastmaster Ascension - Solid finisher. It lets your evasive weenies race fatties very easily.
If I had to make cuts from your list...
Misdirection - I don't know how useful this has been for you, but I'm not sure it's necessary. I suppose a funny usage might be to redirect a Chaos Warp/Oblation to an enemy general?
Trickbind - Again, limited usefulness. Has it been doing good work for you? I suppose this is a meta-call. Though if dangerous abilities like Oblivion Stone and Nevinyrral's Disk are common, this would be strong.
I don't know your meta, play style, or much about your deck. It's hard to suggest cuts.
Also, a cute trick: You can use Noxious Revival to put a useless card, or a reanimation target, on top of someone else's library.

A kid at my local gameshop wanted to break a twenty.
"You got 2 tens?" he asked me.
"No, but I probably got 3 fives." I replied.
"Perfect!"
"You might want to check your math there."
My build (see sig) is a little more lax when it comes to tempo, but I may have a few tricks you may want to consider:
- Garruk Wildspeaker - great wincon and nets you two lands back on the turn played.
- Champion of Lambholt - another great wincon
- Skullclamp - alternate card draw in case you lose Edric.
- Druids' Repository - never seen play yet, but I've been told it's abusive in Edric weenies.
- Wrap in Vigor - boardwipe protection
- Tangle - aggro protection
- Snap - free spell
imo, way too slow for what the deck is meant to do.
On the other hand, it's an Army-in-a-Can type card. Unfortunately, the army is dependent on the can for survival, so unless you have an anthem out... Probably not worth it.

But it relies on blue devotion, so it is more like an "army in a can as long as you already control an army". Which makes it considerably worse. Not a terrible card per se, but I don't think it is the right fit for this deck.

I definitely will keep stifle, but I could try testing out dropping Misdirection and Trickbind. If I do, I'll likely put in Ledgewalker and Sprite.
I don't feel the deck needs a dedicated win con, as the 1/1s typically get there. Especially after Notorious Throng.
