Hi all. This is my current list for my main deck I use in EDH while Animar gets built.
It does look spell heavy because it use to Thromok the Insatiable, until I switched over. It mainly uses LD to slow my opponents down while I ramp up enough lands to over take them. I may take out some ramp spells, maybe Cultivate. I might stick Awaking Zone in to help Mycoloth or Dragon Broodmother.
Change Log: Mizzium Mortars out for Wildfire for Overload cost Wildfire does a bit more stuff than Mortars. Anger out for Lord of Shatterskull Pass. I feel he will do well because he'll clear the ways for Ruric to make contact with people.
But Anger is just so hasty! Haste is important in this format. You want to be able to swing as soon as possible and Anger is one of the best enablers for this.
