I made it a lot different. I figure that the whole point was to play reanimate and not Rock, so let's just do it. Oddly nobody really seems to be playing graveyard hate right now so it sorta works.
Yeah, that card never does anything but piss people off. Mind Slash gets the same job done with better timing in a token deck, but I sort of just felt like I had enough discard already.
I like the deck, but it feels like it could really benefit by bringing in Null Rod and company. If you're trying to stay away from some of the stax effects for this deck however, I can understand leaving them out. Always good to see the discard effects either way.
How are you finding the new Garruk? I want to like his plus ability on paper, but am unsure how good it really ends up performing overall.

You want to know something really lame? A large reason the deck is the way it is is because I started with Null Rod and Damping Matrix along side Creeping Corrosion and Seeds of Innocence. But as the deck evolved they got cut.
They really should go back in there but I have no idea what to cut. In each game every card felt relevant and good whenever it was in my hand. Blood Scrivener and Kamahl were the only two that seemed to be less good.
The newest fattest Garruk hasn't done anything yet. In testing I whiffed on 5 of 6 activations and in actual play he never saw the table. I think that if I can bring the creature count up to 35-38 he should be worth a slot. In the mean time he will probably just end up in Kamahl where Lurking Predators is.
Royal Assassin has proven to be really good lately. I don't really understand why, but he is this weird rattlesnake effect that acts like a No Mercy.
Definitely not crucial to the deck but I was looking for creatures that kill creatures and he fills the spot nicely. Nekrataal or Shriekmaw could do it too.
Like I said above, I sort of started with an anti-artifact thing and got stupid when I gave up on that. Skullclamp should be in there for sure - although if I can find creature draw over other card types I'd be even happier just to up the creature count.
I'll find room for Clamp. Sad Hypno is always one of those cards that seems good, but never makes the cut. 5 mana is a lot, but I guess that it's a creature that does something I have Enchantments doing right now.... so, yeah, I'll see what I can pull.
Added: Helm of Possession (Sac outlet and a good way to deal with trouble creatures.) Loaming Shaman (Nihil Spellbomb is much more my style, but a creature makes this guy win the slot) Kessig Cagebreakers (I think this guy will suck, but I like the idea of him) Sadistic Hypnotist (Sort of a sac outlet and discard on a creature) Dark Prophecy (My **** plans on dying, so maybe ) Skullclamp (Should have been in there in the first place) Vraska the Unseen (Not amazing, but possible token maker and Removal on a permanent)
Also you seem a little low on reanimation/recursion for the amount of ETBs you have, maybe try to find a slot for Erratic Portal, and you could get a lot of work out of Dawn of the Dead or Living Death especially if you have enough sac outlets.
Death Match is amazing. It sometimes bites me in the ass, but it's one of those cards that comes down and everyone sorta grimaces and gets all shifty eyed and jittery.
There are a few things going on here. The loaming, reanimation, discard, and tokens. I think that it's just too much still. Reanimation is hard in my meta because people actually run a lot of graveyard hate, so I don't know how all-in I want to go with that.
Wait wait wait... Where is memory jar? The jar is one-sided enough to find a place in ANY deck and then gets exponentially better when nath is on the field.
I never think about my General so it's easy to forget cards that combo with it.
It's a pretty good card but 5 mana always makes me a little gun shy in reanimator... But yeah, it should be in there.
Have you considered Anvil of Bogardan to go with Nath? It does give some group hug to opponents, which is problematic, but it also turns Nath into a Verdant Force.
I run it in a ton of decks and haven't really ever seen it as a Group Hug kind of card. For reanimator it's a graveyard filler so it's cool for that. I just opted out on this one because it goes counter to the Discard stuff I want (and I disregard my General when building a deck).

If you need any more reason to run it, in your deck:
It's good to see this deck list. I agree with the direction you're taking that you need more recursion and less token support. One, cards that work well with tokens are not always good. Two, cards that generate tokens are redundant with your commander. And three, you need a lot of finishing power because you are discard and have to win through the combat step and not the concede step. Supulchral Primordial, for example, was pretty great when I saw him in that game we played. Puppeteer Clique is also a high-impact play that really gets you there. Skelly with Sword is not the best win-con for this deck, imo, and you got that right.
On Memory Jar, it's not the Lincoln-Douglas debates. The card is heritage-banned card in Type 1.5. It's a busted card in terms of straightforward power, and it doesn't need to synergize with anything. Any deck with a reasonable mana curve will love it. The only reasons not to run it are 1) you don't have one, and/or 2) you're morally opposed to running it because it's a busted card. I assume at least one of the two is true, maybe both, and I think that's safe to assume with any deck not running the card.

How are you finding the new Garruk? I want to like his plus ability on paper, but am unsure how good it really ends up performing overall.
EDIT: What about Hum of the Radix, or too stax based?

Cutting 6 creatures for 3 does seem like a bad move though.... so we will see.

If you need any more reason to run it, in your deck:
Memory Jar directly combos with 2 cards:
-Nath of the Gilt-Leaf
-Geth's Grimoire
Memory Jar synergizes with 17 cards:
-Garruk Relentless (overrun ability increases due to graveyard size)
-Garruk, Caller of Beasts (drop the fatty from your new hand into play)
-Deathrite Shaman (foooood)
-Eternal Witness
-Reassembling Skeleton
-Sepulchral Primordial
-Sheoldred, Whispering One
-Animate Dead
-Crucible of Worlds
-Nihil Spellbomb
-Trading Post
-Life from the Loam
-Raven's Crime
-Worm Harvest
-Bojuka Bog
-Volrath's Stronghold
Oh, and it also gives you a free fresh hand to cast spells and play land from for a turn, while everyone else mills 7 99% of the time.
