Thanks! The walls were included mostly because I thought it was a funny way to get card advantage and it helps that they encourage people to attack elsewhere during the early game.
I have looked at the primer actually and I got a lot of ideas from there. I wanted aggro to be the primary win con for my deck while having combo as back up if the game started going too long. I didn't include the persist loop creatures and any of the spell based tutors for that reason. I felt the tutors pushed the deck too much towards assembling the combos as fast possible.
The more expensive creatures I didn't include because I wanted as many of my creatures to be recurrable by as many other things as possible, so Sun Titanand Reveillark primarily. Yosei and Archon would be good rattlesnake cards though so I'll probably test them out.
So yeah, that's a general overview of my card choices. I wanted the card to be recurrable multiple ways or important enough that it didn't matter.
