Here is the Zombie Tribal deck I'm considering building. I wanted to get some opinions. Am I missing anything key? Do I have enough Lords? I worry I'm not playing enough removal and too much dig. Are there any key zombies I've missed? My wincon is inevitability, beats or bring out the big man, sacrificing to make him larger and wining that way if I have to. I appreciate any and all input!
Hey there! Just curious, did you get this list from here?
Am I missing anything key?
It depends if you want more combos. For example, Gravecrawler can sacrifice itself infinitely with Phyrexian Altar, which can be turned into a wincon with Vengeful Dead, Diregraf Captain, or more inclusions like Blood Artist.

I've added Damnation to my list because sometimes I needed to tutor up an immediate board wipe and Vengeful Ghoul wasn't enough.
EDIT: A more budget inclusion would be Mutilate. Does pretty much the same thing in your deck (since you're mostly mono-black).
Otherwise, depends on your meta. For my meta, the small toolbox is enough (it's fetched by all those tutors). I have more than enough creature removal to handle my opponents and other problems are best solved by making an enormous army of zombies and then dunking the problem opponent. The downside I felt about more removal is it slows down the main goal of the deck, which is to quickly amass a huge army of zombies and crush people with it, and be able to do it multiple times in the face of repeat board wipes. But my meta has no infinite combos. You may want to add some countermagic if your meta features infinite combos, for example. Or if your meta focuses heavily on pillowfort enchantment decks, maybe run things like Oblivion Stone or Cyclonic Rift. My meta has none of those things so I left out those sorts of answers.
I LOVE the dig! It makes sure your hand is full of answers, reanimation, and lands to drop, while your GY is full of zombies to reanimate.
My tribal Thraxy list has been slowly updated and my current version is here. The biggest difference is that it's no longer semi-budget due to throwing money at the manabase, which isn't necessary but smooths things a tiny bit.
Of course, there's no "definitive" list, and depending on how you want to run a tribal zombie deck I can suggest other things! The biggest example is adding more combos, but you can also introduce stax elements, or group draw + pain effects. Whatever direction you want can and will work.

Yes! That's where I got the list. I came across it awhile ago and couldn't remember the site for the life of me. My group plays zero counters(totally banned) and infinite combos are frowned upon. Pretty excited to whip this deck up and give it a go.
Hello Dutch! Glad to see another person running with tribal zombies. Here are a few suggestions I would make to help steamline your deck.
Caged Sun doesn't really have a place in this deck since it is three colors. You don't need to go for the big mana plan when you are playing with Rooftop Storm.
Since you are playing with so much pitch, I would think about adding a bit more single target graveyard recursion, perhaps Animate Dead, Necromancy, or Dread Return for more synergy with your general.
As Delandel has previously stated, running some sweepers is always a good idea. Consider Life's Finale to steal some creatures later on and Black Sun's Zenith to get around indestructibility.
In my experiences playing Grixis, starting the game is the most difficult part of playing the deck. Consider adding more Mana Rocks in the form of Darksteel Ingot or Chromatic Lantern if you are having trouble with mana.
Since you are thinking of the Mass Reanimate plan, I would try out Flayer of the Hatebound and add Rise of the Dark Realms to your arsenal. While Flayer won't trigger off of your opponent's creatures, it's still a nice way to take down a table.

Those are the best ones to my knowledge.
EDIT: Oh, Undead Warchief! He's quite good.

Grave Betrayal synergises very well with your general. Consider adding more sacrifice outlets in the form of Carrion Feeder or one of the Altars: Ashnod's Altar, Altar of Dementia, Phyrexian Altar. Also, Coffin Queen + Sac Outlet is tech (if I'm using the term correctly).
Since you are playing with so much pitch, I would think about adding a bit more single target graveyard recursion, perhaps Animate Dead, Necromancy, or Dread Return for more synergy with your general.

If you are looking for another Zombie Master, take a look at Filth for a similar effect. Works well with Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth.
Since you are thinking of the Mass Reanimate plan, I would try out Flayer of the Hatebound and add Rise of the Dark Realms to your arsenal. While Flayer won't trigger off of your opponent's creatures, it's still a nice way to take down a table.
If you want more lords, I would also consider cards like Phyrexian Metamorph, Evil Twin, and Rite of Replication. Even without any lords out, they're still powerful cards.
