Based off your financial situation, if you give a budget we could give some advice, however, in the very least a few more basics would help. up to 3 of each isn't unreasonable in any deck with a green base and they would be better than Oasis, New Benalia, Dwarven Stronghold, Icatian Store, Shimmering Grotto and Crystal Vein.
EDIT: Considering it is 1v1 the double lands could alternatively be retained to remove all filter lands that burn one mana to get colour you need or otherwise provide colourless.
I also play Weiss Schwarz, Chaos, Vanguard and Wixoss.
Weiss Schwarz Sets
Accel World, Angel Beats, Familiar of Zero, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, Guilty Crown, Kill La Kill, Robotics;Notes, Sword Art Online.
Chaos Partners
Arpeggio of Blue Steel: Iona, Kirishima, Kongou.
Dangan Ronpa: Asahina, Togami.
Freezing: Vibration: Chiffon, Satelizer.
Vanguard Clans Favoured
Angel Feather, Dark Irregulars, Genesis, Neonecter, Pale Moon, Shadow Paladins, Tachikaze.

I decided to keep the deck and sell off a few other unnecessary things that I have on eBay.
I read your advice and it makes since. I only kept the store lands for nostalgia reasons and the fact that it allows me to build up my mana base. As for Oasis, New Benalia, Shimmering Grotto, Unknown Shores, and Crystal Vein - they are all going to be replaced by dual lands (Stomping Ground, Temple Garden, Sacred Foundry, Temple of Abandon, Temple of Triumph, and the Boros version Temple that is likely to come out in the next expansion. However, I will take your advice into consideration as I have been pimping out my deck with custom art basics.
Your list is a little hard to read. Separating Creatures, Artifacts, Enchantments, etc. would help with that.
How tight is your budget?
How competitive do you want to get?
Are you tuning the deck for a specific meta, or are you trying to build a generalized list?
How attached to the Angel tribe/theme are you?
Is this deck for Classic or French EDH?
What is your player demographic?
How do you feel about "I Win" combos?
"The distance between genius and insanity... Is measured only by success."

-Me
A kid at my local gameshop wanted to break a twenty.
"You got 2 tens?" he asked me.
"No, but I probably got 3 fives." I replied.
"Perfect!"
"You might want to check your math there."

My player demographic is generally casual to semi-competitive. Its very diverse in terms of age groups and meta.
I don't know what you mean by I win combos. Can you please explain?
I appreciate your advice. By the way the two cards that you have mentioned, how do they work with Mayael???
By player demographic, I don't mean competitiveness. I mean "Timmy", "Johnny", "Spike", etc.
Judging by your responses, you're pretty new and still in the Timmy stage. If that's true, then you probably like big nasty creatures, "cheating" them out, and hate downsides. A card that gives you an advantage at the cost of life doesn't appeal very much to a Timmy.
Johnny is the combo player. He lives for the interactions between cards and seeks to assemble his "machine" to win games. He would rather win 3 games out of 10 on his terms than win all 10 by something as mundane as attacking normally.
Spike is the tournament junkie. He lives for competition and victory and doesn't care how he achieves it. He could win 9 out of 10 games and go home angry for losing that 10th game. He loves powerful cards and doesn't care if it comes with a down side, so long as the advantage outweighs that cost. Everything is a resource, including life.
There are other demographics, but these are the primary ones.
If you don't know what an "I Win" combo is, you must be either very new, or quite casual. Such a combo is just what it sounds like. Any combination of cards that allow you to win on the spot, usually regardless of most circumstances, like your opponent's life total.
For example Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts lets you make unlimited 3/3 hasty creatures and which can kill all of your opponents in one attack.
Mayael has an activated ability. Those cards copy activated abilities. If doing something cool once it good, how would you feel about doing it twice for a little more mana?

I may get both of those artifact cards that you have suggested, to copy Mayael's abilities.
I am fairly new again to MTG. I stopped playing 12 years ago (2001) and just got back in this past May (2013). As you can see it was a long hiatus. The only competitive play I do is FNM and once in a while Modern. I like EDH, because I only need 1 of and it allows for more creativity.

Do you happen to mean the Selesnya temple?
Yeah that is what I meant, lol. Thank you for noticing my mistake. I meant to say Selesnya equivalent.
My deck does seem to work ok, but definitely needs the shock lands. Are there any other suggestions that you have?
How tight is your budget?
How competitive do you want to get?
Are you tuning the deck for a specific meta, or are you trying to build a generalized list?
How attached to the Angel tribe/theme are you?
Is this deck for Classic or French EDH?

How do you feel about "I Win" combos?
I would suggest thinking about Rings of Brighthearth and Illusionist's Bracers. They both go extremely well with Mayael.

My budget is very tight as of right now, but will likely get better by January.
I am not looking to get very competitive, but I would like to fine tune the deck for better performance.
Angels are my favorite creatures, followed by slivers and elves.
I play classic EDH.
My player demographic is generally casual to semi-competitive. Its very diverse in terms of age groups and meta.
