Be sure to check MTG top 8 to see Sygg's that have placed, they are all Tempo and heavily rely on Sygg's draw for 3dmg effect to keep pressure on. I wish his ability could be used w/infect.

Also, why Vault of Whispers ? You have no artifact synergy that I can see.
It can be found with Trinket Mage along with cards like Seat of the Synod, Pithing Needle, and Nihil Spellbomb.
